Terrible for Green Card Holders
Both App and website don’t have proper process for USA permanent residents to check-in, due that the only option is do it at airport.
The error: there isn’t any option for travel reason for permanent resident, even selecting Immigration, the system requires “visa number“.
Without that, the process doesn’t go ahead.
I found another error that doesn’t recognize my Lifemiles number.

Não consigo efetuar pagamento e pior é não ter um suporte para auxiliar. Nem por WhatsApp ou e-mail.

Separated our family on purpose
After checking in and getting assigned seats they separated our family of 4 into single seats. Plenty of seats were still available most together. After talking to agent they wouldn’t change it while seats were available I was told to “try” at the airport which leads to families having to pay to stay together when seats are readily available together. Unbelievable tactic to get more money
