Separated our family on purpose
After checking in and getting assigned seats they separated our family of 4 into single seats. Plenty of seats were still available most together. After talking to agent they wouldn’t change it while seats were available I was told to “try” at the airport which leads to families having to pay to stay together when seats are readily available together. The reservation is deleted when you close the application
Every time I add a reservation to the app and it closes. When I open it again, it no longer appears. It is deleted and it is time to do the process again

Excelente aplicación. Lo único que sugeriría es que, al lado del número de confirmación, aparezca el nombre del pasajero. Yo compro muchos vuelos para mi familia y normalmente tengo entre cinco y ocho reservaciones, así que a veces es difícil saber cuál pertenece a cada persona. Esa pequeña mejora haría la aplicación mucho más fácil de usar.

I used to use the app and it was great . However since August last year has been impossible use it as appears details blocked from your security system , I am not sure why . I tried to download it several times . But still showing the same . Considering I am a gold member , still cannot use it on my personal phone . Weird right ?

I had, opened and deleted the Avianca app bc it gave me an error message. I tried uploading a the Bianca app and I got the same “sorry” message.. this is frustrating!
App from the previous century
This has to be a joke. so many bugs. And you have to fill in all of your information when purchasing a ticket, even though you’ve already filled it out in your profile.
Can’t even open or modify my flight
I can’t even access the app and when I go to the website to add more baggage the payment won’t go through. I can’t even modify or check my seats because it’ll take me to a different error page. Waste of time and I can’t even view my flight info

Horrible customer service
I flew Avianca and asked to reward points go to United. The attendance confirmed and later it went to Avianca Lifemiles. When I requested to fix it, they pointed as my mistake and won’t fix their error.

Esta aerolínea tiene los peores servicios, además de que su personal es arrogante y poco profesional, sus retrocesos y su falta de personal hacen que todo sea súper lento y te hacen perder tu vuelo por no poder hacer tu check in a tiempo, y luego te cobran $250 mil pesos de multa, está compañía no debería de estar circulando en la industria aeronáutica, lo peor.

I can’t even access the app because it won’t allow me to press the “continue” button to get to the next screen. I’ve already tried uninstalling and installing the app, problem persists.
