Limited Capabilities
I knew when I bought this watch, that it was not an Apple Watch and I wasn’t looking for that. However, the watch has certain short falls that could be upgraded. You could include more cities around the world. Why is it limited? You could add more up time to the watch. Right now it is limited to 30 seconds, I find myself waiting for it to come up.

App crashes all the time
How does one sell a smart watch with an app that is poorly designed and perhaps not untested ….? Absolutely disappointing

Don’t keep track of steps l manage to do 1500 steps before I get out of bed.
Needs refining
Happy with App, but does suffer some inconsistencies with labelling and accuracy on similar screens. EG: How is it that one morning before I even got up, the watch had recorded 266 steps??

Watch good but needs software improvements.
The watch itself is good and feels well made but there is alot of awkward software anomalies. For example the BPM on the watch face doesn’t automatically update. Unless you do a manual heart rate check. Even though the watch checks automatically.
Also the watch sometimes defaults to play audio through itself rather than my phone. Who wants to listen to music through a watch? Very weird.
But 4/5 because its still a good watch with alot of features for the money.

GPS does not work
Just back from my second run where the GPS tracked a bunch of circle in my hood instead of the 7 miles on the beach.
There seem to be two options to track running: 1) exercise of the watch, which doesn’t work, or 2) use the app on your phone, which doesn’t work.
Disappointing since this was a gift from my wife and now I have *try* explain this.☹️

Like the watch
Does everything you need but wish it was water proof so can be used when swimming if it was I would of given it a full 5* rating
Watch not responding
What a waste of money the watch doesn’t responding along with the menu, the time works but the messages can not delete the other app on the menu doesn’t respond it’s just good to tell the time that’s all it’s good for very disappointed

The watch is great, battery life is long especially if you enable quick view and scene mode (turns face off over night).
Problem is the volume is naff. Bluetooth audio randomly takes over even though other outputs have been selected on the phone… who wants music on their watch?

Decent app to go with the watch and track your stats. Haven’t had any issues, but could benefit from a dark mode.
