Please do user testing of the app
The websites don’t display error messages, drop addresses don’t come on it’s own. App sign up does not allow date of birth to be populated, as a guest for airport drop the pop up keeps asking for flight details but no way to add details. It used to be seamless. Have availed 100s of trips from Avis but you seem desperate to lose me as a customer.

App needs to be more interactive
While the App does the job, there are several glitches observed.
While these are observations pertaining to the app, I must say the quality of cars and drivers used is top class.
1. It’s not interactive as apps available nowadays.
2. There is no provision of adding membership number of partner / affiliates (like Vistara) when booking through the app.
3. The email interface is flawed. I have frequently received emails of previous completes bookings with a current booking.
4. It keeps asking me to update the version on my iPhone despite the app showing latest version in the App Store.

Wonderful experience
Rented Avis cab for airport transfer. It was a truly wonderful experience. The renting procedure was simple. The taxi was well-kept, making for a relaxing and pleasurable journey. The timely and effective pick-up and drop-off services particularly pleased me.
Good experience
I organized a picnic with my family, and we booked Avis cabs to get there. With a wide options of cabs to choose from the rental process was quick and convenient. The driver was really kind and helped us with the luggage. We all had a comfortable travel thanks to the Avis cabs service, which was simply fantastic. Anyone seeking a trustworthy and enjoyable experience should use their services.

Comfortable. Convenient - highly recommended
I reserved an Avis taxi the day before because I needed for office commute. My expectations were surpassed by their chauffeured taxi service! The driver was on time and was wating right in front of the cab. I reached for the meeting on time.
