Poor iPhone interface
The app still causes the entire camera view to turn magenta/pink which renders the view unreadable.
The whole benefit of the app is to remotely monitor for safety and peace of mind. The app fails spectacularly here.
My far less expensive and equally sharp (if not sharper) Tapo cameras (at a different location) do a far superior job and the app works 100x better.

App lässt sich nur schwer schließen
Die App lässt sich sehr schlecht schließen. Möchte man die App schließen, wischt man ja bekanntlich die Anwendung nach oben. Das geht hier sehr oft nur sehr schlecht und nur mit mehreren Versuchen. Auch hängt sich die Überwachung viel zu oft auf, trotz sehr guter Verbindungsübertragung. Die Überwachung kostet mich sehr viel Geld, da erwarte ich auch eine funktionierende und vernünftige Anwendung.

More Functionality Would be Nice!
While the app works fairly well, as an integrator that deals with multiple platforms; I, as well as my customers would certainly appreciate more features and capabilities from mobile app. Without having to reply on being on a physical PC/software The most requested capabilities would better search features for video playback, and support for ACS secure entry capabilities, being able to add users, view live events with video, etc. It seems a bit oxymoronic to have to assign someone a mobile/bluetooth credential from an actual computer. I feel like the back end/basics are already in place, and with a bit more functionality, it could easily be one of the best in the industry.

This new update made the title bar of my camera view take up more real estate than ever before
AXIS Not User Friendly
AXIS Camera Station Pro, ACS, and the IOS App should all have the same sign in credentials. I can’t even access the IOS app. I can sign in through my browser and online, but not the app.

会社に設置しているため夜間や休みのときに社内の様子を確認したいのだが、映像の読み込みがとても遅くストレスがたまる。読み込みが遅いだけならまだ我慢できるのだがまったく読み込めないときもしばしばあるため、なんのために工事費かけて設置したのか、という思いです。近日他社のカメラに切り替えようと思います。
Needs a record button
This app needs a manual record button. The camera is set to store videos on a NAS server. You can manually record from a web page connection to the camera but not from the app, it only allows a snapshot photo. Really need this on the app.

No Secure Entry
We use this solely for secure entry (with 8 A1610 units). It’s disappointing there is no app to control these devices. It seems like that would be a basic functionality.
Excellent with occasional bugs
Used often for several years. Definitely best in class. An annoying bug now and then but rapidly fixed. The new app name is an absurd eyesore though. Don’t try to put your legal name on a user desktop. That’s not what it’s for, keep it short.

Inconsistent & unreliable
I can count on 1 hand the amount of times this app has worked properly. There are always multiple views down. We are a place of worship that needs to be monitored in order to stay accessible to the community. This app has yet to provide a consistent and reliable experience resulting not only in frustration but also the compromised safety and security of the congregation who paid to have this system installed.

Playback issues
We need to restart services to be able to see playback and it only lasts for a short period of time. This remote app is horrible. If you want to use this system, I am having to VPN in for local access.

App improvements are huge step forward …
This app has come far. As a platform integrator, we’ve experimented with various VMS systems. In our informed opinion, Axis Camera Station is the “lightest” and most stable of all our tested apps. They’ve packed a lot of the most used functionality into a straightforward app that doesn’t overly compromise battery life. Bottom line, the older reviews of this app similarly aren’t reflective of its modern capabilities.

Dewrap no longer works after update
I used to be able to view the fisheye cameras by zooming in with my fingers and manipulating the views. Now it doesn’t work. It only zooms in and out in fisheye view which is worthless.
