Horrible app and extremely bad service
If you could avoid Azuro then please do so. Extremely incompetent people specifically Prakash and Mamta. I kept chasing them non stop to fix issues in my apartment, they did no respond, did not do their work and did not follow up at all. SAVE YOURSELF DONT USE THIS PLATFORM.

Fake people fake applications keep on deducting amount from
You advance unless it is 0 . Trust me guys don’t take any property from them they will just give you mental trauma specially in Hyderabad better to go with local brokers at least they don’t do fake claims . Also if you feel this I am saying to downgrade Azuro contact me I will show there real face to you .

User friendly and great customer service

Pathetic Service in Pune!!! Poor Communication and Transparency
I had a disappointing experience with Azuro. Due to miscommunication and misinformation from the property manager (agent from azuro), the property owner deducted an extra month's rent from my deposit without prior agreement. The lack of clear communication made the process stressful and frustrating. Azuro needs to improve its communication channels to ensure a fair experience for both tenants and owners. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this app.

Unprofessional cheats, will hold your money indefinitely
It’s been over a month since I vacated a property through Azuro. I was supposed to receive my security deposit within 15 days, but because of extremely unprofessional attitude from Azuro employees, my money has been stuck so far. Despite repeated reminders by having to call them, email them, they still come up with some new excuse as to why the money is stuck.
I would definitely advise everyone to think twice before using their services.

Only if we had zero as a review..
I mean you can understand from the title on what the disappointment level is on my side. You would simply get frustrated, please donot choose this company. The biggest prob is lack of proper communication. They donot care about you once you pay their service fee and security money.

I have three properties in Hyderabad and gave all of them to Azuro.
I have lot of problems putting my time and energy for tenant searching, maintaining my property and paperwork but as soon as my brother suggested this app I came into touch with these guys and rest is just checking my bank balance every month without any headache ✌🏻

Pathetic!
The most pathetic service providers in the real estate industry. I can go as far as to say that they solve nothing and just add onto your work by being irksome middlemen. From misrepresentations of property related details, miscommunication/omission of crucial society related rules to a hassle induced rent payment experience on their app which doesn’t work often, your friendly neighbourhood broker provides much more smoother service, taking into account customer needs.

Worst experience ever. We got a “rented” apartment where the owner was still living, with all her things including clothes and bed sheets. The house was unclean and there was no clarity from the dealer/middle man.

This app is useful and convenient, we can do payments easily, receive rent receipts without hassles, mention about your requirement
