The app works well and reasonably intuitive. The firmware updates are a bit disconcerting as you don’t know when it will be done. I have never been able to get smartwatereing to work in any reasonable manner so most of time use manual. By work I mean calculate enough time to actually keep the soil in vegetable garden appropriately moist. On hot days I always have to water extra

WI-FI connection issue
The Wi-Fi connection keeps dropping, which is very annoying. It happens 6-7 times out of 10. Sometimes it reconnects automatically after a while, but most of the time I have to reset it to connect to Wi-Fi. I've had to install a smart plug so that I can power off and restart the device whenever there's no connection.

I shouldn't have to explain. You can water whenever you want. How can you not like that?
B-hyve is awesome
B-hyve is awesome if you want to keep anything watered on a regular basis. It even keeps track of the weather report so you don’t waste water and overwater.
Simple, easy, and reliable
Unbelievable for the price. Must pair with the hub for rain delay if you’re going to away from your plants. Pair with a soaker hose for best results imo.
B-Hyve Command Center
Great product! Easy to install and program, and what a great way to manage my lawn watering. I now have the B-Hyve control on my personal home, vacation home, my daughter’s home, and my mother-in-laws house.
Reliable Sprinkler System
I installed the sprinkler a few years ago and still working. Saves me big buck$. It was buried just two inches below ground.
Great addition
I have to say I really like my B-Hyve a lot more than another brand of smart sprinkler systems. I can set it and forget it and it will make adjustments dependent upon the weather as needed. I rarely have to touch it. I get notifications when it starts, when it finishes and if the system will skip a day due to weather. It drives me crazy to see neighbors and businesse sprinklers running in the rain and mine skips the cycle. I think everyone should get one and we all can save water usage. This was a great buy.

Set your water schedule from anywhere!
I can set my water with a click of a button. If zone 3 looks dry, click I can turn it on. If it’s going to rain the B-hyve knows to hold off on watering. Great app that makes my life easy.
Terrible user interface
Absolutely deplore using the app. It’s like it was designed in the 90s. It’s difficult to understand what you programmed and what it’s doing.
Wi-Fi legislation
Have to keep resetting the Wi-Fi after a year. I mean this gets old. Never know if it’s gonna work or not.
Easy and intuitive
So far so good as setup was a breeze. Will see how it lasts.
Convenient to have
Convenient to be able to set schedules from an app. The app itself is cumbersome to use and hard to navigate. Too many layers. UX designers need to rethink this.
Great App. Intuitive, easy to use
This app is very easy to use for programming watering cycles or for manual watering. I would highly recommend the Orbit timer because of this intuitive, easy to use app.

Work better than I expected and the app is user friendly
Love it.
This is a great and easy system. I love the wind and water delays. Nothing more frustrating than having your sprinkler system run while it’s pouring rain outside. No issues over the last four years it’s been perfect.
