New app is very easy, we been using batransfer for many years, now good prices and good service.
Shockingly bad app
Logged in, clicked on my bookings, app crashed. Repeatedly. The only reason to install it is to check bookings while out, without being able to do that this is worse than useless.

This isn’t the first time I deal with this company, in fact they have been the only car company I dealt with for four years now but lately it became really bad. I’ve ordered a car to pick me up from my place to heathrow, and before the scheduled time by 20 minutes they called to tell me that the driver won’t be attending and they delt with another comoany to get me there but I had to pay and they will refund it by credit and return the difference because I already payed online,but only credited me with 5£, I decided to give them another go but with today’s booking they told me that there wasn’t one ( I obviously booked) and that they will send me another car but it excluded the student discount because it wasn’t online. I’ve recommended a lot of people to go with this company the last four years but I won’t use them again and I’ll tell them not to as well.
