App, browser, all down
For the past days I’ve been trying to place an order, PayPal, Afterpay, everything was not going through, attempted through the app and same thing. So frustrating
User for a while
Very expensive! And most styles are not suitable for a he majority of body types. Lots of hidden fees and doesn't take returns only exchanges. Almost always you will have to pay extra... I have been using it for a while and I truly wouldn't recommend it. Ohpolly is way better in all aspects.

I bought a dress from this company, and when it arrived, it wasn’t like the picture. I tried to return the dress; I didn’t remove the security tag or the black thread on it. I returned it the next day, and they handled it, but they didn’t refund me. They put it as a store credit. They literally stole my money. This company are scammers. Do not deal with them

The courier had made a mistake and delivered my package to the wrong address and when showing the customer service team the proof of delivery which was very clearly not my house Babyboo were prompt and professional about it and helped resolve the problem quickly.

Do not shop here unless you are ok with their NO REFUND POLICY. I ordered my Daughter’s 8th grade prom dress from here, it didn’t look anything like the picture now Im stuck forced to use a store credit at a store I would never shop at. On top of having to spend more money elsewhere for her another dress 👎🏾

The app keeps crashing and overheating my phone. It’s been almost a year since the app has been out and still no updates or adjustments have been made to stop it from crashing
