The ordering process was extremely simple. I received my watch in two days. It was a little skeptical about buying a used watch, but it appears to be brand new. I am overly pleased with the process and the product.

I have made several purchases from back market and they have been great every time

J ai revendu un téléphone auprès de Back Market pour lequel un prix de rachat a été convenu et validé .l acheteur pc pour tous n étant pas d accord avec le prix fixé par Back Market a volontairement dégradé mon téléphone de manière à en faire baisser le prix .il refuse de fournir des photos de l’état du téléphone à l arrivé alors que j ai fourni toutes les photos montrant le téléphone en état parfait au moment de l envoi .back market ne prends pas parti et ne me propose aucune solution .sachant que je vais récupérer un téléphone endommagé que je ne pourrais plus revendre au même prix qu avant .je suis client depuis longtemps et c est la dernière fois que j utilise le site Back Market qui manque de sérieux et participe à abuser et tromper la clientèle en ne prenant pas parti !

Offensive and unwanted notifications
I just was asked by this app if I am wearing protection. I get the annoying jokey style of this and other apps even if I don’t appreciate it, but the marketing notifications from back market are annoying and offensive AT BEST. This app is now deleted and won’t be reinstalled.
If someone from back market reads this - wind in your irreverent style, it is not appreciated.

Malas baterías
Mis 4 compras con malas baterías. Ejemplo : hice una compra en abril con 86% de vida útil de la batería y en junio bajó al 82%, de esa misma manera tuve otra peor compra anteriormente que la batería bajó sin control y tuve que deshechar el teléfono a los 3 meses de uso. Algo extraño pasa con las baterías. 4 compras y las 4 baterías (vida util)se degradan rápidamente.

They have this chart of how items should be listed based on their condition.. I ordered two iPhones, they came from the same “seller”, online it says they have many sellers, but for me the same one was listed on everything I looked at. So that tells me they have favorites they promote or they don’t have many sellers.
I had to return both of them, after purchasing both top tier rated, they came in conditions consistent with their description of lower tiers.
I was unimpressed with their control over this situation.
The refund process was as you’d expect, I sent them in basically effortlessly and then was refunded.. which is the only reason for the two stars.

Repair took more than a week
I sent my phone for repair after a month of buying it. I sent it in a week ago and they still haven’t sent it back

Every time I purchase from them, the service has been exceptional. The shipping is fast and you get what you pay for depending on the quality of the product will continue to purchase products from this website 10 out of 10!
Laptop not fit for purpose
More a complaint about the state of these kinds of sites in general but you spend a lot of money on a product with great specs and yet can’t handle a basic usb plug and play microphone.
It’s really easy to send it back to get a refund but this completely ignores the price you’ve paid for delivery, arranging people to be in to collect and the utter non-fun of spending time researching your best by, tracking delivery, having a product that functions far worse than your previous device and then the ball ache of sending it back. All time I’d have rather spent being productive.
I’d rather go to a high street shop where they might fix it or replace it rather than this placatory waste of time.
