Overpirced

They are selling refurbished products at a higher price than new. MacBook Air M5 listed for $1,500 something on BackMarket with base factory specs. But Apple retail price is $1,299. I will never be using this app again. Ebay has better options.

Scammer

Don't trade-in or buy any devices in this app. They broken my phone during their inspection and they doesn't do any responsibility for that.

Purchased a refurbished phone

So far using the app to decide which phone to but was easy and informational.

No hesitation

Bought an IPhone SE (2022) graded as one down from flawless. It is flawless and the battery is 98%. For a hundred quid I have a superb phone. I’m debating flogging the 17 Pro.
