This app seems to be a template from somewhere else
The screens and functionality looks similar to other airlines such as Thai airways, makes me think it came out of the box from a single provider. Nevertheless this is more like a web viewer than a native app. Get more control in your hand and do your own app.
Constant bug on opening
Every time I open the app on iOS, it does not load and I cannot see my trips

L’application c’est bien amélioré depuis un an (dommage l’historique des voyages a disparu). Ajouter la carte de fidélité dans le wallet ne marche pas. Sinon l’appli est très pratique et fonctionnelle.

Freezes every time I launch it
This app is very annoying. Every time I launch it the app freezes for at least two minutes. You can’t do anything. If you click to another app and click back, the freeze is reset & and you still have to wait two minutes.
Bumpy application
Just downloaded and registered. Once the ID has been assigned you have to safe the Card-image immediately, cause the damn thing just demands the ID to login and no confirmation mail is sent.
Then you can book and manage it. No interface to iOS wallet though.

I can't book a simple flight
I can't book a simple flight.
Everytime at the checkout I put down my Visa or Mastercard and for some reason when I want to purchase the flight an error occurs.
Even thought I went throught the verification of my banking app.
Then the flight is shown as booked in the app just to dissappear later again.
I tried this three times now, also with a different card. When booking on the desktop versions website it seems to work.
So the app is only good for checkin into the flight and show the boarding pass.
Booking a flight would be very convenient too and would have saved me time and effort.

Hopeless…avoid like the black plague.
This app is the most frustrating useless rubbish on the Apple Store. Good luck trying to join the FlyerBonus too.
1: won’t download digital card to your Wallet app.
2: logs you out before you can even set up your FlyerBonus ID.
3: won’t let you log back in bc you have no FlyerBonus ID in the first place.
4: won’t accept your name or email to retrieve the ID.
5: what is the point of this ridiculous app in the first place?
Seriously, it’s 2024. Get it together for gods sake.

Crashing, long and tedious
Crashing multiple times, requires multiple steps and attempts to complete all info and then at the end boarding passes cannot be provided… maybe the website works better, but the App needs improvements…

Crash with 7.0.5 and iPhone 15pro Max
Depuis l’installation de la version 7.0.5 sur mon iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 17.5.1), l’appli crash au démarrage !! Merci de corriger au plus vite.

Useless and Glitchy
I’ve attempted to download this app multiple times and received the error message that I have a rooted device when I try to open the app. Something I know is untrue due to multiple other working apps (banking, etc.) that would call that out were it true. I do see that there’s been an update in the last couple of days and I would have installed this app shortly after the most recent update so I’m wondering if something was missed there. Based on the complaints about the app being inaccurate versus what the airline says or does, maybe it’s best that I’m not able to use it.
