Very pleased with this bank very good staff in branch Stirling always very helpful.
Difficult to talk to an (unknown) advisor
getting through on the phone is very time-consuming often with security to be passed both electronically and then in person. Whoever you do speak to know nothing about your business or your needs and starts from scratch every time. Please point me to a bank which provides a bank manager to whom I can speak with a simple phone call!

app does not stay open. tried updating - nope - tries deleting and re-installing - nope. opens to show a flower and logo then shuts, again and again
Unwelcome charges
BoS have introduced charges for community accounts, although the account runs well, we will close the account because of the charges.
