Need access to Euro account in main account. To pay £50 a month for commercial banking forminor Euro payments is crazy

Business app extremely useful to use alongside MTD software. Able find transactions and check easily, month by month without scrolling forever. Only reason to change would be the cost/ and overdraft payment upfront every year just to have it available.
Distracting ups continue to ask for reviews.
Even after leaving and writing a previous negative review about pop ups, I’m still continually asked for more feedback and to leave another review. Therefore I am still awarding only 1 star as the pop ups interrupt work flow and always happen at in opportune times. Like now.

I have banked with you for the entirety of my business being open, you have now shut down the local branch, and the telephone staff never fix any issues at all, only ever referring you to use an app that doesn’t work, impossible business

So far from start to finish it’s been a hassle. Nightmare trying to sort anything out using the app with constant need for passwords and such. Still owed the £200 they promised for signing up as well and it has not come.
Good but function missing
I generally find this app very good and very straightforward to use. However, my business account app with another bank allows me to forward statements to my accountant. This one does not, meaning having to log into a PC. Very annoying if travelling/on hols etc.
