The app allows you to apply for a business account, log in securely using biometrics, pay in cheques up to £20,000 daily, and make payments up to £250,000 per day. You can also manage standing orders, view your PIN, transfer money between accounts, check balances, and update business details.
If you are already a Business Internet Banking customer, you will need your existing login details and card reader. If you don't have an account, you can apply through the app if you meet the eligibility criteria, including being a UK resident, at least 18 years old, and a sole trader or director of a business with a turnover of £25m or less.
Yes, the app uses the latest online security measures to protect your money, information, and privacy. It checks your details, device, and software for security before you log in. In case of a lost or stolen phone, the app can block access to your accounts.
To apply for an account via the app, you must be at least 18 years old, a UK resident, and a sole trader or director of a business with an annual turnover of £25m or less. For limited companies, it must be registered with Companies House for at least four days and have an 'active' status.
The app is compatible with iPhones and iPads. Touch ID requires at least iPhone 5s running iOS 10.0 or above, or specific iPad models. Face ID requires iPhone X or later, or specific iPad Pro models. Features requiring phone capability, like 'Call Us', may not work on iPads.
