App always off line
I keep getting a message that the app is off line, can see messages that’s all, to get it to work I have to continually delete and reinstall the app. The iOS is upgraded the latest version. Maybe you need to roll back, retest, fix snd redeploy. This app makes me want to cancel my membership.

Be cautious when cancelling. I cancelled before a price increase under clause 7.1.3 of Bannatyne’s own contract — which allows this specifically — yet they still demanded another month’s payment under the general notice rule.
They failed to recognise that the specific cancellation clause overrides the general one, and even threatened debt collection while I disputed it. I paid under protest just to avoid credit issues.
This isn’t how contracts or fair treatment should work. I’ve reported the issue to Citizens Advice / Trading Standards so others don’t face the same problem.

Unable to log in or make account
Tried a few times now, there only seems to be an option to login and nothing about creating an account. My old details don’t work. So have not managed to book anything. Not great and very poor for the price you pay to be a member.

Car Park Registration
They did not inform me of the car parking regulation! I did not expect or notice the signs! Received a fine, disputing it! It’s soured my enjoyment of being a new member! Not Happy!!
Not exactly user friendly
So I’ve downloaded this, and managed to make some class bookings. But when I click on certain aspects of it, I’m taken to what can only be described as a computer screen/print out, circa 1980’s!! Which then flits in and out of the app… without actually achieving anything! Ive previously used Puregym app which is a lot better, I suggest the developers go take a look at that for some ideas!

iPhone issues
Having real issues with the app working with iPhone. Won’t let you access account information, spa discounts etc. have to keep deleting app and reinstalling not helpful.

I very much being a member enjoying it and the staff are particularly helpful coffee bar Kaylee Olivia and as a couple of the ladies very helpful indeed and the gym staff are also very good and that’s the main thing
A Barbaric Abomination
This app is really, really, really dreadful: a barbaric abomination. Aesthetically, it's pants. Usability-wise, woeful. Somehow the rudimentary pitiful previous app attempt eclipses this. I fail to fathom how this ever passed quality control. A poor showing for the digital front door of a supposedly prestige brand.

The app is poor, extremely out of date and not user friendly. The app is that poor it doesn’t even tell you the opening hours of the gym you use.
Needle in a haystack
How difficult can it be to find swim times? Try and find them! More interested in flogging add-ons rather than actually giving you useful information about the club, which is easily accessible!

Keeps logging me out every 5 seconds
I just downloaded the app as I joined today. I can log on no problem, but whenever I move from one page on the app to another it logs me straight off again. Completely un-usable.
