Being in control of your banking at all times is awesome
Easy to navigate, do deposits, haven’t had any issues or problems with using it.
This app has a high level of security, emails you if an unauthorized attempt at access has been done. The photo deposit is great, but lighting must be perfect.
Calendar
This app is easy to navigate & it seems like I’ve been using it for 25+ years. I use the Bill pay app feature to schedule all bills as invoices arrive. The exception is small, infrequent yard service bills where they are paid as the service is rendered. One thing that I with could change is the Calendar feature. I have not found a quick way to reach it & must go thru the Bill Pay Window to reach it. It’d be great if it were located in the Pull down menu on the left hand side. This would eliminate one step…the need to go theu Bill pay, which for me takes a while to load.

face id sucks
my phone will have no trouble recognizing my face id in low lighting, harsh shadows, and odd angles but then as soon as i open this app, even with good lighting and a good angle, it will very quickly say my face id is not recognized and lock me out. the app also doesn’t store my log in info so now i’m locked out and can’t use snapshot deposit to deposit my paycheck until the app decides it wants to use face id again. i don’t want to constantly have to reset my login info every time this happens because then i need to update it on all of my other devices. and i can’t memorize my login info because every website has different requirements so i have 20 different variations of the same password. otherwise the app is great, ya know, when i’m actually able to log in.
