Convenient and User-Friendly App
This app is pretty user friendly and to-the-point, nothing over the top. It serves its purpose to allow customers to reserve a table and check their menu and pricing. Good to see such apps still in the market. Kudos to the Product and Development team!
Useless app
Can’t even book a table. Every time I try to book a table, shows loading symbol and immediately comes back to the menu page. Absolutely useless.

Not worth it
I have been regularly visiting Barbeque nation different outlets in Delhi NCR. Both the service and food quality has been deteriorating. And, had the worst experience of my life at New Delhi Rohini Unity One Mall today. Service was so pathetic that a veg soup was refilled after 20 mins of repeated reminders Chocolate shake was delivered in 30 mins. Staff was also rude and adamant. And the food quality, kebabs, tikkas were just not even average quality.

Worst buffet places to go
Please don’t prefer to go for these buffets especially in visakhaptanam location. Around 50 people are waiting outside for the tables with pre booking done online. We have waited for around one hour and finally left out. Better go to a restaurant and eat peacefully. Dont lose your mental health by waiting for hours and hours infront of the restaurant. No proper response from the staff and the online table booking process is even more worst. They dont have any estimation. Simply they allow us to book the table and after reaching the location we have to wait there for hours. Even there will not be any customer service executive to give response. Please better avoid these buffet places.

App got worse
I was using the app to order and it was working now. But after last update or something, it is not working as expected. I’ve ordered the food, money got debited from my account, but the the order was not in my list. I was redirected in to the cart page again with the items i ordered. Contacted customer care and they gave only false promises and now following up for refund.
