Convenient and User-Friendly App

This app is pretty user friendly and to-the-point, nothing over the top. It serves its purpose to allow customers to reserve a table and check their menu and pricing. Good to see such apps still in the market. Kudos to the Product and Development team!

Useless app

Can’t even book a table. Every time I try to book a table, shows loading symbol and immediately comes back to the menu page. Absolutely useless.

About their response: Wow… response in the speed of light!!! Took just 5 years to respond to the review!!! Must be from a far far away galaxy!! 🙄

Not worth it

I have been regularly visiting Barbeque nation different outlets in Delhi NCR. Both the service and food quality has been deteriorating. And, had the worst experience of my life at New Delhi Rohini Unity One Mall today. Service was so pathetic that a veg soup was refilled after 20 mins of repeated reminders Chocolate shake was delivered in 30 mins. Staff was also rude and adamant. And the food quality, kebabs, tikkas were just not even average quality.

Highly disappointed.

Worst buffet places to go

Please don’t prefer to go for these buffets especially in visakhaptanam location. Around 50 people are waiting outside for the tables with pre booking done online. We have waited for around one hour and finally left out. Better go to a restaurant and eat peacefully. Dont lose your mental health by waiting for hours and hours infront of the restaurant. No proper response from the staff and the online table booking process is even more worst. They dont have any estimation. Simply they allow us to book the table and after reaching the location we have to wait there for hours. Even there will not be any customer service executive to give response. Please better avoid these buffet places.

App got worse

I was using the app to order and it was working now. But after last update or something, it is not working as expected. I’ve ordered the food, money got debited from my account, but the the order was not in my list. I was redirected in to the cart page again with the items i ordered. Contacted customer care and they gave only false promises and now following up for refund.

Worst app and customer service

I registered for the first time, selected foods and used PhonePe for payment, the amount got deducted but the order not placed, I kept calling customer service and they said they will help asap (I will get necessary help within 5 mins 10 mins etc), but no one called me or responded to the email I sent (screenshot of amount deducted from my bank account which they asked me to send). I thought it could be PhonePe issue as well and I again placed order using icici bank credit card, again the same story of amount deducted but order not placed. I have called the customer service 12 times today and got no help. They didn’t even bother to callback and ask what exactly happened. The order amount was 548. I paid 548*2. As it was urgent finally I had to order via Swiggy which costed me 806 rupees (without any offers/coupons). Please pay me back 1354 rs back. For the frustration caused, I no longer going to consider/recommend Barbeque nation as this is how they treat their customers,

Worst Experience at BBQ CP

Worst customer service ever! Never choose this place to celebrate any family occasion. DO NOT GO THERE. Everyone was complaining about cold staters and top of that be prepared for stale food.

I faced issue while making reservations online. So made reservations over call with Central Bbq call center who told me that "there is no problem if you do the payment via Dineout app and later talked to Mr. Kailash Joshi (needs rigours sensitization training) and confirmed the bookings over call. But to be on safe side we booked it via app also just the timings were different. Other details remaining same. Later when we were seated at the restaurant. Service was pathetic beyond any justification. They were not only delayed in their responses but serving stale/rotten and burnt food. The tandoori mushrooms were burnt, paneer tikka was sour in taste, not properly marinated, chaap was again not marinated properly among other things. Had to mention this to one of the staff. Who sent the chef at our table. Who changed the stale Corn. The terrible night didn't end here, made more memorable by Mr. Anand Rawat (restaurant manager) most rude restaurant's manager i have come a crossed in a decade. He again needs rigours sensitization training plus hospitality lectures and how to behave with the guest coming to have their meals. The person has no sense of etiquettes what so ever. He and his team bunch of nincompoops made the Dineout payment combined with reservation done via call etc, issue so big that after every few minutes one person comes to our table and stated the same exact point. We requested atleast 3 of them before Mr. Anand Rawat's entry. Now Mr. Rawat also been explained the matter and requested the same. But at first his response was "how much discount you were getting via Dineout?" We said it's not much but we would like to do it via app. But he not only misbehaved even gone further saying "aap agar itna bologe toh mushkil ho jaega Dineout se payment Lena". As if he is doing any favour to us by accepting payment via app. Made it to the point where we have to leave the restaurant without the dinner. Kudos to Mr. Rawat and his exceptional below average team for making the night memorable!!! If you (the respective restaurants) have so much issues with accepting payments via Dineout app then why enroll yourself there?? Simply don't save everyone's time and energy.

Worst Experience

BBQ M3M IFC, Gurugram Horrible experience. Went with family and came out without having dinner. 15 minutes for the water to come and 1/2 hour not a single dish or staked items came. Not a single staff came to ask what we would like to have. Come on BBQ this wasn’t expected on a Monday night, spare Saturday or Sunday. Also, booked for Gurugram BBQ first and got booking from Model Town, Delhi BBQ booking. Every time I tapped on the location icon, it kept showing BBQ in Sector 58, Gurugram . We booked an Uber for that location and after a while we reached to a remote secluded area. When I called the restaurant they told it’s in Model Town. In the reservation section the location was redirecting to Gmaps in Sector 58.

Never ever going to BBQ again. Done with it.

Outstanding

The app is very handy and easy to make reservations and payments. However I wish to comment on the experience one has when being there. The care and hospitality that is shown by the staff makes one feel extra special. This is over and and above the great food spread and quality. I rate them over highly rated restaurants in the town.

Such a Warm welcoming Staff & The way of treating me was so memorable.. The Chef, Serving team members , managers Everyone came to me & treated so good .. Great hospitality as well as delicious dishes .. For A Perfect Non-vegetarian unlimited menu option is such a 😍 pretty deal .. I can visit twice a month without any second thought.. Hoping for new unlimited menu as well 😊😄😋

Best ever service

It’s not fair on them to set such high standards of service, I will now keep finding faults with any restaurent I visit. We visited their Lake Mall branch this afternoon and we still can’t stop talking about how good the experience has been. Excellent food, excellent ambience, but what is simply incomparable is their friendly and courteous service.

Finding location through maps was difficult

Hi team,

Yesterday I was placing a order thru the website my order was added to cart post I applied coupons n the final price was arrived but it didn’t allow to complete transaction, I just waited tried all possible ways and then figured it I cannot apply all coupons at least UI should had prompted this it wouldn’t have taken this long. Another glitch is it’s really very difficult to find the location in maps even giving the physical location and yet my order went to other place which made us to wait for almost an hour to receive the order.

Please check ur UI of payment section and the maps make it user friendly

Highly Dissatisfied

My latest experience at barbeque nation was the worst. The kind of services provided and attitude towards the customers was just not worth it.
There is Certainly a need for a strong, professional team leader in the unit because the kind of services and care provided to customers shows an attitude to not to retain them rather turn their visit to a highly dissatisfied one.

Order from ZOMATO not this app

I usually order from ZOMATO and any quality quantity issues ZOMATO take ownership to resolve it .. my personal experience with this app is you can’t report issues and my last order some items were missing .. their customer support said sorry sir .. I was like dude items are missing and they are like year good luck .. just imagine you order something and the items are missing and they don’t care

Worst ever from bbq which I have faced

I booked for a table in bbq nation madurai, i got my confirmation. in the confirmation message there was no information about waiting period of the table in BBQ, due to traffic i reached BBQ nation late by 20 mins, the receptionist conveyed that your confirmation over the booking of a table has been cancelled since i was late. More over they conveyed that the waiting period of the slot booked is 15 mins and the booking will be automatically gets cancel if the customer doesn't reach the venue on time or by 15 mins late.

Problems which i faced are

1) I didn't get any info on the waiting time of 15 mins either on my bbq app or else the booking confirmation message.

2) Atleast the receptionist can call over the phone to me and get confirmation on it.

3) I was not allotted / switched with any other table.

One of the worst receptionist who never hears what the customer says keeps on blabbering what he has to.

I have visited many BBQ across various city lot of times without any problems inspite i was late or not, this is one of the worst ever experience i have crossed from BBQ. The system which they follow now is annoying to the customer, denoting none of their rules/protocols are not conveyed to customer.

Way below standard

I have visited BBQ branches across couple of states and most of the metropolitan cities and was satisfied will the food quality , ambience and hospitality of the staff until I visited BBQ Nation , Kalyan Nagar branch . There was no proper reception by the staff , food quality and turnover time for repeat serve of snacks was delayed considerably. Many of the varieties in Non veg which am aware were not even served even upon asked for. Mocktails were substandard. For the first time I felt disgusted with BBQ Nation hospitality and food quality.

Horrible

Downloaded this app for the first time expecting great service with the positive reviews, but it’s been the most disappointing experience. First it showed 32 mins eta for the placed order- which then changed to 45 mins, 50 mins, 65 mins, 76 mins, ultimately to 102 mins and we are still awaiting the food. You place an order in Mumbai and the call centre is in Bengaluru and apart from numerous calls and frustration and hunger pangs- you don’t get any real resolution. Go ahead, download this app and order to stay hungry

Unable to book any delivery/takeaway

Well until now my experience has both been fine in and delivery with Barbeque nation and nothing beats the dining experience since I found the delivery to be absolutely average especially if orders through a third party app so this time I decided to order delivery through its own app and frankly the experience was pathetic since it not only doesn’t deliver to my location in Mohali but doesn't even book the takeaway even though showing both options!!

I thought maybe it was a hour into closing because of night curfew that could be the reason but it wasn’t booking delivery/ takeaway even for the next day! My question is- why provide the option or even show the outlet on app if you can’t book either of the service in first place? It only adds up the user’s frustration and wastes the time!! Do better in future. Disappointed to say the least.

Worst service

As a loyal customer of Barbeque nation, Even I wouldnt believe that I am writing this.
Really unsatisfied with the services provided to us.
We reserved our Table 3 days before (i.e on 28th December, 2020) we did not received any conformation Sms for the same and today on the day of our reservation (i.e 31st December, 2020), I received a call from barbecue nation in the Morning, for conformation of our table. I confirmed that we are coming. When I reached there they had already canceled my booking and were telling us that you came late.
They had no recordings of the calls we had and in those calls the manager (named AJEY SAAB) was talking really rudely and very badly, The way he talked was not professional. Even there at the location, when I told the Manager that I'm going to complaint about it, he was acting unmannerly and carefree and his behavior was really Unprofessional.
OVERALL AS A LOYAL AND A SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF BBQ NATION, HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER and FROM NOW ON WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE.
Really unsatisfied and disappointed!!
If this is such a big food Chain, It should value its customers no matter what.
