They will leave you on waiting list forever and the customer service is so bad that they will never answer your emails.

Long wait list no communication
After hearing good things I decided to sign up. 3 years later I’m still on a wait list. Tried reaching out to customer service and got nothing, even tried contacting their instagram but it seems they’ve stopped posting there too. It’s a real shame because the idea is so exiting
Waiting list
Despite reaching out numerous times, despite having over ten years experience in training, roasting, shop management and head barista roles, I’ve been in the waiting list for three years. I’ve tried signing up with different emails etc I heard them say that the wait is no long than a month. However - I know many people stuck in the waiting list limbo. It’s just a pointless app at this point.
