Every time I send money it always bring a error message and that I have to call customer service and they always tell me that I have to wait and I’ve sent money 4 times and all 4 times it says action required so I don’t understand why I always have issues and when I call they just tell me to wait. At point Remitly is better since I’ve never had any issues with them.
