We’re glad you like the walk-up intro voice and custom saying features, but we understand how frustrating it is when the intro timing is delayed, the wrong voice plays, or you have to regenerate intros to get the correct result. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our users. We’re actively working on improving playback timing and voice generation reliability, and feedback like yours helps us identify exactly where we need to improve. If you’re open to it, please reach out to our support team through the app so we can look into your specific setup and help troubleshoot the issue directly. We truly appreciate your honesty and the chance to make the app better.

We’re actively working to improve timing, playback reliability, and song search so using the app during games is smoother. Your input helps us make it better! Hi HtxMom5, We are really to sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. We are taking a look into this now to try and replicate this bug. In the mean time, if you press the centre baseball on the home page it will take you to your list of teams and if a team has already been created it will be editable here. You can delete this team or add players to it from here. We'll still continue to take a look into it from our side. Apologies again!
