Great app!

Crazy functionality for the price! I use it twice a week for my 10u softball team and the whole team loves it! The AI announcer voice options are really top notch and the Apple Music integration is simple. The app team is also extremely responsive with help requests and minor improvement tweaks. Take a chance on it. You won’t be disappointed.

Good concept but…

I thought this app might be an upgrade to the app I’d been using for a few years. I was wrong. I loved the announcer voices, but not being able to preview a players name before using a credit is annoying. I had to change the phonetic spelling 3 times for a few players.

I had my songs downloaded from Apple Music and times were set exactly how I wanted. The “now batting” portion worked inconsistently. Random parts of the song would play instead of what I selected. Most of the girls heard their name only because the songs cut off after 2 seconds.

I was right beside the speaker. Used the app with WiFi and without.

We're a small team constantly working to make this the best walk-up app out there, and feedback from the field is exactly how we do it. The timestamp issue you ran into was a bug that we actually just squashed in Version 3.0! The short cut-offs might have been a cell service drop at the park, but we are actively working on making playback bulletproof even with a spotty connection. Finally, adding a name preview before saving is a brilliant idea—we loved it so much we just added it to our immediate roadmap. Thanks for helping us improve the game day experience!
