Challenge ticks
Love the app but for some reason my ticks keep disappearing on me constantly throughout my challenges. It’s a bit of a bummer for my past challenges as I can’t see the ticks on the days I’ve completed
Easy to use but seems to breakdown a lot
Great for simple workouts and meals… so easy to use and navigate the only thing I would say is it seems to crash every now and then, the password reset email didn’t work with no way to contact the team to help me out. When it first launched it was great because it was new. exciting and passion behind it but now it just seems like they have lost interest in app since closing up the baseline active wear range. I’m just trying to be honest as someone who has been paying for the membership for the last 5 years. I’ve always loved the product and felt value for money but now… I won’t be keeping

Convenient for workouts at Home
I’m a mum of two young boys and I find these work outs easy to manage, around my routine with my boys.
I can start abs stop the workouts if I need to, to tend to my sons, and then carry on a couple of minutes later, after I’ve settled them.

Horrible
I purchased a yearly subscription and didn’t really use it so after around a month a cancelled my subscription to make sure it didn’t roll for another year! Which is fairly standard…. But now I’ve just been charged for a New Years subscription- I emailed them to let them know there’s been some mistake and they just couldn’t care less! Horrible customer service and really rude! I was happy to pay for the first year even though I hadn’t used it but definitely not for another year after I had already cancelled it! Be careful and make sure you screen shot when you cancel your subscription

App buggy
Happy with the product but have a lot of trouble using the app itself. It’s constantly delayed, I have tried deleting the app and re downloading it but still have troubles opening it to use it unfortunately . I have been trying for months as I want to use it but it still won’t work properly
Great app, with room for improvements.
The app is awesome! But I have a couple of ideas for improvements, I think it would be great if there was a “Home Screen” button on the bottom right that was a over view of only that day eg breakfast lunch and dinner, fitness work out, your steps, water intake and also your vitamin goals etc, that you could tick off throughout the day.
As for the fitness side it would be cool if you could add the signature “ashy bines” morning fat burning walk and lemon water to each day of your fitness calendar as well as the current daily exercise. Also if would be great if you could see next weeks fitness plan on a Sunday, as I like to sit down some time over the weekend and mentally prepare my self for the week ahead. Lastly could you please please work on getting integration with Garmin watch’s?

I was so excited to purchase this app and even happier when it went on sale at the Black Friday sales. Only to be extremely disappointed when I actually bought it. I wanted this app for the gym sessions and weights, so that I could have an aid when at the gym using the weight machines. Well the only weights she uses are dumbbells, seated row machine and a one other. I wouldn’t class dumbbells as a gym machine seeing as you can use these at home. She didn’t even do any of her exercises in the gym. I found this an extreme waste of money and was extremely disappointed as I assumed as there was an option for gym workout and weights that it would be the actual machines that you find in a gym. I feel like they have added those selections to trick you into buying this app. As really she hasn’t done any exercises in a gym on their app. It’s a waste of money. I wish I had only read all the reviews about this app and ‘trainer’ before I wasted my money. This app isn’t as described for gym work outs as there aren’t any. Don’t be fooled into purchasing this app.

Typical of the money hungry Cashy. No free trial, so you have to pay and go in blind with no actual idea of that you’re paying for. Her workouts can more then likely be found on YouTube, because like usual she’s ripped someone’s else’s content off and used It as her own.
Inconsistent and unfinished
Workouts vary immensely in level of difficult ( some very beginner and some quite difficult). All workouts consistent of a handful of expertises with tons of reps. App itself is very glitchy with some of the exercises being announced as you finish them. Overall poor content and poorly executed app.
No 7 day trial period
It’s ashamed that there is no trial period. Don’t think you should spend $50 on something without trialling it....
Charged during “FREE TRIAL”. Disappointed, terribly unethical.
The “support” Ashy promises is far from the truth, her passive aggressive responses to genuine questions have left very vulnerable women worse of than when they began the app.
I’m very sad to say I have seen first hand how terribly unethical and unauthentic Ashy has become, this app is a disappointment and her proclamations are untrue.

Unsure.....
Workout section is great with lots of variety. However the nutrition section of the app crashes the app. I re-downloaded it 2 times to see if that changed it but no difference.
I thought it would be better
Appreciate the free trial and it’s perfect for someone who is a complete beginner but definitely not for anyone who has experience as its the very basics :) but still lovely for Ashy brand to make the app for those who need it.

I love how easy this app is to use. The nutrition guide is amazing and has delicious meal and smoothie recipes!! The training section is really easy to use and I mirror my screen with the tv and follow along.
The in-app chat feature is so good too! I love that I can connect with like minded women and have access to the support of Ashy and Levi !

The app is buggy. Can’t get out of the exercise section, back button doesn’t work. The exercises listed don’t match what’s in the videos.
