Buggy
The app is buggy and has led me to make incorrect orders multiple times. I love the honey garlic boneless dish, but when I try to add it to my order in the “Order Again” section, clicking the plus sign on the bottom right corner of the honey garlic image shows hot spicy boneless instead. The hot spicy flavor is too spicy for me and painful to eat. I hate myself every time I make a mistake, but I’m hopeful that this issue will be fixed soon

The chicken is flavorful and crispy!! Pairs perfectly with white rice and the Milk tea. 🧋 Be careful when trying, you might become addicted like me.
App menu content needs work
I love bb.q as a restaurant and for the food! I’ve only had one negative experience with the restaurant itself but that’s out of many many orders. However, for the past year, the app has a glitch on their biscuit menu and after placing an order I always have to call to add on my biscuits because the app makes you choose two orders of biscuits instead of one. I’ve been using the app for about 3 or 4 yrs and this wasn’t an issue before. It’s quite annoying and ofc also count towards your rewards either. Please fix this feature as according to the workers at the location I get my food from, I’m not the only one that has to call in doing the same. Other than that, the app does run well and it’s accurate in estimating the timing and it’s easy to use.

In-store doesn’t work!
Staff at bbq chicken don’t even know how to add points to the app. I emailed company cause I didn’t get my points. How dumb can you people be? Either make it easier for the staff or give me my points when I give all the info of my dine in.

The chicken is crispy outside and delicious. The kimchi fried rice is so good! It’s not dry and it has a little spice to it. It’s all very good! The employees are very nice and polite.

I hate apps like this!
Often times I open a food app to see your menu, look at my rewards, etc. Every time I open an app I am not ordering! When I open this app, I’m forced to start an order in order to see anything in the app. That’s ridiculous—change this or I will never use it! These are the worst type of user interfaces.
