Says try again later

The PW protection is overkill

I understand they want to make the app secure but giving only 15 seconds to enter the passcode that goes to the email and the 15 seconds countdown starts immediately while receiving the email itself takes maybe five or seven seconds then it won’t copy so I have to memorize it or I have to enter it, which is impossible to do in 15 seconds and it takes around 10 minutes to login because I have to repeat the process tens of times And the passkey will not work. I have to do this process over and over even though I say remember this device, it will not.

Login is awful

I have reset password multiple times. After I do that I think I will be able to login and there is always an error.

It doesn’t work. You can’t change primary cares. You can’t change pharmacies. Most of the listed providers will not take BCBS and aren’t even doctors. You can’t do anything with it, due to either bugs, lack of doctors that do take BCBS, or lack of integration with your actual medical provider. So what is the point of this app??
Update: nothing has changed. Nothing gets fixed. Kind of like the bugs in BCBS insurance, they’re not going anywhere. So the app is a good reflection of the company itself

Not enough coverage

I feel like I was lied to because now I pay more deductibles than I’ve ever paid and I’m angry

Constant login

App itself is okay. I just wish I didn't have to input my login information every single time I want to use it.

Touch ID No Longer Working - Due To Recent App Update - Will Feature be Restored?

Hello, will the deletion of Touch ID be restored in the next app update? Thanks.

Hi, The app biometrics login feature, Touch ID for me, is no longer working, nor is there a way within in the app to turn it on/off. The feature is simply missing, and this happened recently with one of the app updates, either in v6.2.x or 6.3. Running IOS 17, and Touch ID works on other apps.

Appointments

I just wish I could make my appointments from the app so I can keep it all together.

Useless

Zero stars. The app fails to log in more than it logs in. It never recognizes passwords, makes me change the password then does not recognize the new password and locks me out of the account. I should be able to access my information in real time. Some how blue cross is the only company unable to provide this information.

Can’t even use the app

After signing in the accept our terms pop up shows up and when I click accept it says an error occurred over and over. Can never get past it starting about 2 weeks ago.

Poor app

Limited info…if you can access your account. Super slow. Doesn’t work at times. The app, mobile browser and website all fail at the final MFA during log in. BCBS is unable to send a code via SMS or email.

Not good

I don’t find this app helpful at all, all I get is an UD card, no information on my plan. My other insurance carrier had everything that I wanted to see, this doesn’t have nothing , but your ID card, disappointing

I am a new member of BCBS as of January 1, 2023 & called the help line for assistance in getting my account set up. Chris was the one that answered the phone & guided me through each step. He was so patient & helpful, and answered all my questions. Thank you Chris from Texas & Blue Cross for proving such excellent customer service!
