Love that when you look at a product and go back to the main list, it takes you back to where you left rather than right back to the beginning.
No other beauty company ships as fast as BB. Sephora, cult, space nk, allbeauty, lookfantastic, justmylook.. they take up to a week or more. Shipping is super fast and impressive with BB!!!
Own brand products are of an unexpected superb quality.

Best beauty products!
I love everything from this app, I’ve just started to get back into makeup & I find anything I need here, I won’t shop anywhere else. The only downside is how quick everything goes out of stock
They are the worst
They cancelled every order i made and the support is useless
App stays closing
It won’t let the app open at all. It’ll open for a moment a short moment then close out automatically after. I tried deleting it and downloading it again but it only works for a little while then starts again.

Beauty bay is amazing, the app however, I am so sick of being told to retry, its so frustrating!
The prices are insanely increasing!!
I have only started using this specific app bc of how affordable the makeup is in it, but I noticed after quite sometime that theres a huge gap between the original prices and the prices in Saudi riyal!! Even though we are paying the shipping fee and the customs duties so there isn’t a reasonable cause for that difference but I was like alright I can still take it, BUT yall started slowly increasing the prices all of a sudden and now that I checked some products have increased from 90 to 150 !!! Mind you 90 WITHOUT any discounts! That was the abh concealer and then the huda beauty powder went from 145 (no discount either) to 200 Whats wrong with yall??? Clear greediness you do not deserve to be as famous in ksa after this we can’t take it anymore

Always loved beauty bay have been using very often past years but there is no contact I tried emailing, post and their AI chatbot but no response please fix this this is very disappointing I tried to ask for a refund as my order was sent to a different address
