This device is chill! After buying an Ooler ( Chilipad) 3 separate times and having problems with malfunctioning, leaks and poor performance I gave up on the water circulating idea. With great trepidation I ordered the BedJet. Super easy installation and amazing performance. I’m sleeping so much better now! No night sweats and no negotiating with my partner on thermostat settings. Very happy 😎

App repeatedly drops bluetooth connection
I purchased a certified refurb device directly from Bedjet, and it has been such a headache. It comes with a warranty, but I’m still in that process of getting their team to believe the unit is defective. In the meantime, I have lost more sleep to both trying to get this thing to work at bedtime and waking up in the night dripping in sweat because the bluetooth connection was dropped. Ugh.

BedJet is amazing. Except where is Alexa? Why not happening? Like seriously BedJet why can’t you work with Alexa? It seems like a no-brainer.

I love my BedJet. I love the app because I can change it in the middle of the night on my phone even though I have a hand remote. It’s much easier in the middle of the night to change it.😊 as a person who’s hot all the time I actually use the heat function quite a bit. I alternate between hot and cold and I can change it at my will!! It’s great.

Everything about the BedJet is incredible. Design, installation, and most importantly, function. According to my partner, I am a fiery ball of fire but thanks to the BedJet (this sounds like an 80s ad), the bed is as cool as the other side of the pillow; so instead of me being on the edge far away from her, we can sleep close together (queue the awws, please). It’s also surprisingly quiet. And for anyone criticizing the hose at the end of the bed, physics/engineering demands it - you don’t get a cooler (or warmer!) bed by magic.

Biorhythm button stuck
Connect setting instruction is outdated, there is no low power button but only a pair button and it’s not really working - with second tap the connection still not going through, I don’t know how it connects in the end.
Then the biorhythm setting is so poorly designed. Sometimes it starts with “Start” button sometimes not. Sometimes it starts while you edit and save schedule. Very very confusing.
When you are on home page and biorhythm is ongoing, there is no indicator which biorhythm setting is applied currently, adding to even more confusion when you don’t know which way exactly starts the biorhythm.

Best way to do biorhythm
Our bed jet is fairly new but has been a game changer for our sleep. The ability to customize programs assures you have the temp settings that make sense for you. The app makes managing those much simpler than via the remote.
