Pathetic

Absolutely
Hated the service bus driver said there’s not child single availability and I’m just surprised a multi million pound company can’t give me a simple ticket hate the company very corrupt and need to be more professional if I could I would give it -5 stars

Air con

Please fit air con on the trams and buses. It’s disgusting and uncomfortable in this heat. Thank you. 🙏

Terrible

One day ticket of Tram cannot be bought

Not really that great. Fails quite a bit and you have to reinstall. Service details also disappear

Not Great

L Bus driver

Amazing service towards all customer and let them on the Bus even if their card doesn’t work

Emmie

Very very good people on these busses ❤️

Makerfield Bound

On my way to Makerfield via the 35 service beeline bus . First time ever visit .

App won’t open

App won’t open. Nightmare as I get asked to see my pass everyday on the tram. I have show my digital receipt as proof of payment. Tried re-downloading it multiple times and nothing.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing 🤩

Who built this rubbish

This app is awful to use. Needs a complete rewrite and redesign to make it easy to use and make sense. Awful.

Inconvenient to use

Inconvenient to use, especially when in a rush.
Would be more ideal if you could search for a bus number or bus-stop.

Tracking no longer working.

I have had this app since the Bee Network was launched and have come to rely on the tracking feature which is usually reliable. However, since updating to iOS 26.5 the tracking is no longer available on my bus routes (472/474). The feature is available on other routes but not on mine which is super annoying as I like to ensure the bus is on its way before leaving the house. Disappointed to say the least but will happily amend my review once fixed.

Tickets won’t open at random times

Payed for the yearly ticket just for the app to log me out at random times meaning I miss the buses to log back on or I just have to pay and sort it out on the bus . Even worse the app will glitch and not let you even open the app even after restarting the phone delete and re downloading the app and even trying different Wi-Fi . Your left stranded if that happens forget the £450 you payed for the yearly ticket 🙄

terrible app

whenever i check for a bus it shows it on the map and the time it’s expected and as soon as it nears the stop i’m waiting at, the bus vanishes off the app and never shows up. extremely inaccurate and unreliable. furthermore, what is the point of having a bus time table when it shows up early doesn’t wait or when it doesn’t show up at all

My thoughts

Overall I am very happy with the Bee Network and it’s reliability.

However, being in the older age bracket I don’t like the harsh breaking of the buses especially when you are getting off the bus and carrying two full shopping bags.

Also drivers should be reminded that they should allow people to sit down before driving off and not to leave too much of a gap between the kerb and the bus floor to enable an easy exit for the elderly and disabled.

I would also like to mention about the bus stop in Didsbury Village outside the Halifax Building Society where on several occasions drivers of cars seem to think it is okay to park in the marked bus stop area while they ‘pop’ to the shops. This means if two buses arrive at the same time one of them is unable to stop and pick up passengers. I’m not sure if it is an offence to park at a bus stop but perhaps a sign indicating that this is not permitted would be useful to lessen the anxiety of bus users at this stop.

Otherwise, well done Bee Network.

Bad communication

I have emailed bee network at the email provided for customer service and have been completely ignored.

Not helpful

I will be visiting Manchester on a weekend and downloaded this app . I purchased a weekend ticket at 1am on a Monday morning thinking it would be valid for the following weekend which it wasn’t and was valid until 3:59am on the same Monday . It was my mistake but when I contacted the company they wouldn’t help at all when they could have . Who what’s to buy a weekend ticket at 1am on a Monday for 3 hours valid . Be warned as it’s only in the small print . I think it’s a scam myself

Sonion 😭

What is ts. Trying to catch the 610 to Leigh and instead get railed at Wigan bus station by some people trying to steal a bench. What is going on. I’m thinking more gambling tbf. Mcfin1980 out x

awful app

Gives the most inconvenient routes, doesn’t give all possible routes, makes up a tram that doesn’t exist? inconsistent and annoying. 2.5 hour journeys which should be 1 hour.

Handy and Reliable

Unfortunately, it hasn’t fully support latest iPhone/iOS. I am not able to use the live tracking since I have changed to iPhone 17 (iOS 26.4). Waiting for the app update patch.
