Drivers act like they want to kill you every second
INSANE waiting times
This makes me so upset because like half of these drivers are so sweet but my complaint is for people who are assigned drivers that are changing shifts at the yolo transportation office, why are they NOT given new drivers?? This is insane because it can literally take an hour for the ride to arrive. I find this extremely disappointing and this should be changed IMMEDIATELY. Also fire that BLONDE TWINK!! He is GENUINLY THE WORST DRIVER I HAVE EVER HAD and SO RUDE…

Worse Customer Service
Second time in a row vehicle was not on time and I ordered 45 minutes in advance. Called the dispatch number was on hold for 15 mins and had to use second phone to call and waited 6 more minutes. Finally dispatch said they should be coming but could not give me a time. I'm late for work already and tracking the location of the bus was not working. Customer service absolutely terrible and rude and don't waste your time.

They literally never get anywhere on time really bad service I can’t even make a call to get them there quicker drivers will literally wait until last second to get you
Terrible customer service
There’s literally maybe two good employees out of hundreds that work here. They employ the biggest douches in the area, and they allow their drivers to act disrespectfully to customers. Shut it down
