Good app with annoying failing
This is generally a good app however there is one annoying lack of functionality which critically undermines the app. When a driver is not available at a certain time rather than clearly stating this fact the app allows you to go through the entire booking process and then it fails at the payment stage. You are left not knowing whether it is a payment glitch or bug so you repeat the action over and over to see if it works the 2nd or third time. Eventually you give up and call Beeline who then tell you that no drivers are available. Just tell us in the app.

deleted this app previously because payment is denied if busy, no reason given!
when calling to confirm told that app doesn’t process bookings if busy but no reason notified on the app.

shocking service all round… if you are busy, don’t process the booking but let me know why!!!

Never managed to have a successful trip with beeline
Horrific app - Can never see if a taxi has been booked and more than once I have ended up paying Beeline as well as another taxi service that I end up using believing Beeline was unavailable!!! Either comes up with error or remains pending (or sometimes both!) and then won’t even allow me to cancel the pending requests (comes up with ANOTHER error)!! I don’t even get a text with the driver details or ANY kind of confirmation until the billing email after the driver turns up to an empty house so how it gets confirmed solely on their end is beyond me.
So frustrating I just deleted the app. Beeline is not for me.

Great service charged twice!!
Not a bad service however when paying on the app I was also charged by the drives upon arrival at my destination I could not prove I had already paid as there was no receipt or confirmation of request this is rather off putting and makes me not want to use the app again in case it happens again apart from that bee line taxis are very good!

Great company but awful app
App doesn’t work. Apple Pay is not accepted even though it’s listed as an option and the pre-book feature doesn’t work for me either. Shame as they are a great company that I’ve used for years.
