I miss the integration with evernote
I stop using this app since it sptops synchronizing with evernote.. Every now and then I checked hopping that sync problem was solve.. Nada, I keep hoping for that.
Great product
I have been using Beesy for years. I have seen the program grow and now with its integration with Teams, it is an even more powerful productivity tool.
Money gouging rip off for extras already paid for.
I have used Beesy on several occasions at several workplaces. It’s a fantastic app. However I was using the beesy app on iPad and paid for all the extra services including Livescribe. Great worked awesome but upon change of employment iPad is not an option and only have iPhone. Bear in mind that these apps can talk to each other through suns and that it is all on the same Apple ID, when I contacted customer support there answer was a short “that’s the way it is and you need to purchase again!” seriously??? I have spent $35 just for pen connectivity in the past and now you want me to purchase again?? When everything syncs and is in the same Apple ID??
This response has DESTROYED what I would recommend as a great app. Beesy you should be ASHAMED of your operating ethics. You app is designed for individuals and small teams trying to better themselves and are not big corporations. You should be DISGUSTED in yourselves. Is the individual consumer has put faith in you and you treat people like this......

Great find, great app
I have literally been searching for an app like this for 10+ years.
I am an executive, so traditional task/to do lists or project management apps don’t quite cut it. I don’t need the crazy detail that you get with project management, but need more than simple to do lists. Beesy is perfect for me. I read in another review that there is a steeper learning curve to Beesy, and I would agree with that. However, after using it for a week or two, it clicked. Once that happened, I really have started to unlock its potential. Love it!

Great app for managing tasks and meeting output
I’ve been using this for 6 years and so many people ask what I use because they see how quickly I can document and then manage meeting and project actions.
Frustrated wasted money on $30 Livescribe add-on
I got this app because of its Livescribe functionality, which from my view has been $30 down the drain.
The app itself is useful and has good functionality which I can see has a lot of useful features and potential.
However, the Livescribe functionality is woeful. I use the Livescribe every day at work to take notes. To date I have struggled to understand and make good use of Beesy for the purposes it suggests.
The issues I’ve come across are:
* when the pen periodically disconnects from Beesy, expect to turn pen on and off to feed data to Beesy but don’t expect all the data to make it to Beesy
* sometimes you will need to turn pen function on & off in app, as well as the pen.
* sometimes the app will just die.
* the pen will indicate that it’s connected but won’t be.
* the pen will connect to Beesy and missing details will be populated in the app as individual pieces if hieroglyphics. The app attaches the section of page used for the translation. When the hiero’ is displayed you see the portions of scribble from the page that was used.
* sections of writing will be skipped, with the skipped section coming up as the above hiero’.
There are other frustrations, mainly the fact that when in a meeting and writing something your not sure how it will appear in the app.
I’ve learnt not to look at app until I have time to vent, and just focus on meeting.
There are times that things will work, and the potential of the Beesy + Livescribe combination can be seen, though the frustration in between the instances drives me nuts.

Fills a need for me
This works well for me as a sorted task list. Biggest complaint is the functionality of the application on different hardware is not identical. So, for example, I can't see tasks on the same way on my PC, iPad and iPhone.
Bricked my livescribe 3 pen
App seems like it could be useful so I purchased the pro and livescribe in-app purchases.
Total mistake. Pen worked for a few minutes, and the hind writing recognition worked fairly well. But then the pen lost its connection, and now it won't hold a connection in either livescribe+ or Beesy.
Shame, I've had the pen for 2 years and use it daily.
Hopeful apple will grant me a refund for this poor purchase.

Hello I have been using beesy for a little over 1 year now. I migrated over from OmniFocus. I was a little hesitant to make the change at first, however I use Livescribe 3 smart pen and beesy was the only software company that was embracing this technology so I decided I would give it 30 day.
The support team is very responsive with quick feedback. This app captures meeting notes like never before and it such a joy to write it once and move it around as much as necessary.

Great - For serious manager only !
Great app, so much flexibility and features, various plan so can be used with iPhone, but best with IPad. Training video are very usefull and support A1.
Great way to access Beesy tasks on the phone
Beesy for iPhone syncs beautifully with Beesy on my iPad and Beesy.me. It doesn't have every bell and whistle of the iPad version, but the Beesy team has made judicious choices to put what you need at your fingertips, and it's quick and easy to use.
I wasn't expecting to get all the views on the phone (Dashboard, Notes, Tasks, People, Projects), so that's a nice surprise and very convenient.
