A fantastic app!

This app has really helped me able be consistent on my stretching. It’s helped so much already!

SO so well made

I’m a UX/UI designer (not in agency) but this app is best by far compared to others I’ve used. It’ll be perfect if the pose/routine library expands and maybe some optional ambient sounds are added! I love the simplicity with the option to see a description and video for each pose, along with getting to add or remove poses before starting and easily playing my own music with it. I love that it’s affordable and has a unique creative style, and streaks are encouraged, not pressured. Thank you for this app!

Impressed

I enjoy the motivation of maintaining a streak. I like that the app is simple to navigate. Most of all, I love that it’s real yoga and the ability to improve at the exercises through consistent practice.

Great app for learning how to stretch and staying in a routine.

The ease use the motivation it provides, although sometimes I dislike it. I am working my way up with posture resets and eventually going to incorporate a whole routine. I have tried one and boy did I not know how much my old weight lifting body needed to be stretched. As hard as any gym workout.

Great great app

Great app to stay flexible and recover from exercise. Also a great way to track activities and encourage yourself to keep going.

please please add the option to add your own stretch!!

I love this app and I love that I can build my own routines. Please please please also add the ability to add custom stretches! There are lots of stretches already loaded into the app but I wish I could add more!

Great app

Great app! Highly customizable.

Rone

Thanks Rone I needed this. Love u and bend.

Bend More!

The streak keeps me motivated! And there’s a lot of interesting stretches on there that I would never know to do but feel so good!

So helpful

It’s so helpful to have the stretch and timer on my screen and I love how I don’t have to watch a video everytime I stretch.

Yoga

It shows and explains each movement.

Amazing app!

It’s easy, super organized, fun and it makes me come back every day! Great work!!

love it

it makes me excited to do yoga

So highly recommend

I absolutely love the ability to create custom routines, with custom timings, and the very easy adjustment before each routine to select time between exercises. I do wish there was an easier way to view and filter/search the gallery of exercises without starting the process of a custom routine, but having the availability of multiple custom routines means that is an easy and viable workaround.

Scam - They charge you more

I was told I’d be charged $3.33/month. I was immediately charged $63.58. It’s a scam and they charge you more than they say they will - do not download.

Best exercise app ever!

This app is what motivated me to begin exercising. I suffer from extreme lower back and leg pain. Personally, finding the motivation to exercise is really difficult. This app, though, has pushed me to begin working on my body and improve my flexibility. It makes me feel good, and has so many great exercises (that are not behind a paywall like most apps)! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get into yoga/stretching.

Get it if you want a better life

The explanations on each stretch, the variety, the ease of use on the app, honestly the best fitness app out there. Stretching is like the piano of fitness, easy to start and the basics of all things music, but the hardest to master. Using this app will guide you properly towards that. Can be used for all active fitnesses, or for just daily morning/evening stretches so the flexibility (pun intended) is undoes.
