Such a great local bank, supporting Australian employees and genuinely wanting to do the right thing. App has all the features you’d want, and is well designed and intuitive.

Could improve
I like this app , it works ok , but I would like to see a transaction notification come up on my phone for money coming in or money going out , direct debits and my wages when the go in , having to open the app to see both is a pain . Other banks do this , com bank for example , my Wise card , and I am sure there are others . I asked one of your bank tellers recently when I swapped my phone over , and she said very bluntly , we don’t do that , I am pretty sure you guys could make that happen .

No notifications for transactions is the worst. Simple fix. Every other bank does it! I want to be notified when my leaves my ACC or comes into it. Please fix!!

doesn’t work
i started having issues with my apple wallet so had to order a new card, once received the new card the card didnt work so tried to transfer money to my sister only to find the app wasnt working. when i called up they said nothing was wrong on there end and said they couldn’t do anything.
Bodgy app, totally useless
Totally useless app!!!! Constantly crashing & not loading!!! Most useless IT department in existence!!!! Constantly on the phone trying to get it fixed!!!! Works for a month or so then the same issues again!!! Phone call to India & still not working!!!! Seriously sack the amateur clown in IT & hire someone that can do the job!!!!

Credit Card Balance UI
Due to there not being a way to easily keep track of how much I’ve paid on my credit card balance from the previous statement period, it has resulted in my being charged nearly $2 in interest. Out of principle I will be shutting down my credit card and withdrawing all my deposits.
