Useless app
This app has to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. I never seem to be able to log in unless I turn my phone off and on again or uninstall and reinstall the app every time I go to use it

I have been banking with Bendigo Bank for nearly 20 years. I will highly recommend this bank to anyone seeking a great bank to manage their finances.

Unexpected error
I’m no longer able to log into the app on my iPhone ever since I got my phone replaced due to damage. I enter all my details correctly, i have sms security verification and enter that correctly and it said an unexpected error occurred registering my device. The same thing happened when trying to log in using the computer but managed to get that working in the end but not on the iPhone 😔

I’ve had numerous dealings with The Newcastle Branch staff great both of the ones I’ve dealt with in particular, Alex who I’ve had numerous dealings with, are great.Good service and follow-up. Can’t believe how basic this app is in 2026. Wish I’d knew how basic it was before choosing my home loan lender - I would have happily paid a bit more for my loan, and gone with a lender that had an app with bare minimum features
