Simple to use, clear, aesthetically pleasing, makes banking so easy
Fantastic but-
Hi, The app is fantastic from the easy to use layout and it's functional features- but mostly that you're the one in control. Please don't replace workers with ai, one thing about this bank that is amazing is the ability to connect with people to get your problems dealt with. Its a relief to know people are handling our money, AI is not efficient in the long term and people need their jobs.

Great app
Amazingly efficient… the only thing I would change is that it depends on your phone having the correct time for your timezone… I dont do daylight saving and dont want to change my clock on my phone but am forced to.

I’ve been with the Bendigo Bank for well over a decade and having had ‘experiences’ with some of the other bigger banks I’ve found that ‘the Bendigo’ wins hands down. Great staff, easy to deal with and if I’ve ever had a problem (usually of my doing) it’s been fixed up in no time at all. Thanks Bendigo!

Can’t login
For months I’ve been unable to log into my bank account. I enter the correct ID, password, and 2FA. “An unexpected error occurred while registering your device”, sends me back to the login screen and the loop starts again.

I have been with Bendigo Bank for many years and I have been very happy with them. Their service is excellent.

After years of using the ING app, I find this a real breath of fresh air. Friendly interface and designed to help, not just functional.

Outdated
The Bendigo Bank app feels seriously outdated compared with other banking apps.
While it’s simple and easy to navigate, it’s missing some pretty basic features that have become standard elsewhere. Most notably, there are no push notifications when money goes into or out of your account. Other banking apps can notify you instantly about every transaction, which is incredibly useful for keeping track of your finances and spotting anything unusual.
It would also be great to have an account activity/spending summary where you can select a time period and see where your money is going, including categories for different types of spending. Other banking apps have been doing this for years.
The app itself is easy enough to use, but the overall experience feels like it’s about five years behind the competition. Adding transaction notifications and a proper spending summary would make a huge difference. Push notifications, in particular, seem like a fairly straightforward feature to implement.
Hopefully Bendigo Bank gives the app a much-needed refresh soon, otherwise I might have to swap bank entirely because of the app interface.

Unreliable app 21/8/26
The app is completely unreliable. Won’t open, biometrics crash and is very slow.
Excellent app
This is a great app. I can do virtually everything related to banking I need to do wherever I am providing I have sufficient signal. Intuitive and simple to use.
