Great app but still needs improvement
I absolutely love this loyalty app, however I would like to note that you can only use your points on the brow / lash tints in very specific places and there are no venues in the north of England (it looks as if most to all of the boutiques are located around London) meaning that this is quite inaccessible to a lot of app users rendering this loyalty app almost useless to some users as they may have only downloaded to build points for these free treatments. I would make it available so you can have your free lash or brow tint in any boots / Fenwick / benefit stores.

Scam app - don’t get rewards through app
Downloaded the app and got enough points for what was suppose to be a free eye brown tint at my oval counter at Boots Blackpool. Booked an appointment and went to redeem. I was told that it wasn’t free like the app showed and lady didn’t know anything about any freebies through the app.

Easy to use and cute!
I downloaded this the other day and it’s so good! I like that you can change your loyalty card colour and I’ve already earned some points and rewards for easy things like completing my profile which I feel other loyalty apps doing do unless you buy something.
