App challenges
New member and eager to use the App. Unfortunately I find the DOB function very poor. I’m using an iPhone and had to scroll through every month in almost 70 years to be able to enter this. I spent a while setting everything up to the have the App display the scrolling wheel for some considerable time before informing me there’s a problem and I will need to go through the entire process again. Well not today , my index finger can’t undertake the DOB function….

Wanted to add photos from library but couldn’t and also camera option doesn’t work

Amazing benefits
The best thing I did was join this. No where else can I book a GP appointment for the morning on a weekend. Plus the other benefits. I used it a few times over the years and it’s amazing.
Rubbish
I can get nowhere with this App because it doesn’t let me enter my date of birth. The date of birth entry doesn’t allow manual entry of the date, I have to use a calendar which cuts off the last week or two of each month, making it impossible to enter any number higher than 20. How can anyone create anything so useless?

Unable to register and enter DOB as the date field only allows you to select from the calendar widget and on my small iPhone 17 it only shows the first two weeks in the calendar and can slightly see the top of the 3rd week and I am unable to scroll through to select anything after 3rd week. I can just about select top of the 3rd week. Cannot enter DOB manually either. Badly designed and certainly not accessibility freindly

App is clunky
Using the app on my phone, I find it is clunk and compare with others. For example, filling in the. Chosen pharmacy the page does not work properly.
Still cannot log in!
A recurring problem which keeps popping up saying will be fixed and still not- leaving me unable to use the app!

Why GP pointed me to the NHS physio instead of Benenden physio?

So idk how people use this app as it won't let me log in, an error always pops up, unavailable content etc. Says it's being fixed but I've tried for a few days and it seems pointless.
My experience of Benenden
I am delighted to have taken out private healthcare with Benenden Health at such a reasonable price. I’ve just joined Benenden so thought the app would be a good idea. But unfortunately I’ve been trying for a few days now and can’t get past putting in my membership number. It constantly comes up with message saying ‘something went wrong’. This is very frustrating.
Good but could be better
First time using the app the GP booking functionality is brilliant but the app struggled to load a few times and adding details (eg my GP) did not appear to work correctly.
Problem with DOB
I’ve just started using the app and can’t get the DOB function on initial login to work correctly. The drop-down box for the date function truncates and I cannot see/reach dates at the end of the month. Is this a known bug?
Booking appt
Unable to upload photos from i phone. Entering post code and phone number of GP surgery kept saying invalid format which was definitely incorrect .
