This app makes it easy to keep track of my fsa and dependent care accounts. Also it’s so easy to submit claims too. I love it!
Updated security requirements actually create risk
The app asks you to give answers to “security questions” that if you give accurate answers give the owners of the app significant amounts of personal info that they would not otherwise have

Slow and clunky, doesn’t allow you to upload or submit more than one photo for receipt, and quite a long pause between uploading one and being able to upload another. Randomly locks user out even though Face ID enabled, makes you sign in. Used to have a pin, that’s gone. Of course you forget the passcode if you haven’t used in awhile necessitating a reset. Pain in the rear.

Problems with recent update
The app now requires you to choose 5 security questions. I had to go through 4 different attempts because many of the security questions don’t apply to me. I am an unmarried only child with no children. I have no surviving grandparents and never knew their middle names.
I understand the need for security but my account shouldn’t be so secure that I can’t access it myself.

Getting claims approved can take some time
The app doesn’t allow for explanations and there is no ability to contact them with clarifying info. Result is claim gets denied and you need to repay amount. Very frustrating when claims are legit but you can’t get someone to talk with.

I used to fill out forms have to fax it and then wait, uploading the image of the receipt using the app is so much easier!
Reimbursement Account
Reimbursement for my health care expenses is very quick and efficient. The reimbursement check is mailed quickly and arrives at my house within 3-5 business days of claim submission!

They have the option to mail or fax. I have been using the app for quite some time. I like the app better you are able to just take a picture with your phone upload the picture of your receipt. 2-3 days and the funds go directly into your account. I give 5 stars to benefit strategies!!
Incredibly difficult to use
First off, it’s impossible to add dependents on the app, even though they should already be attached to the account. Second, it’s not very user friendly. Navigation is hard.
