App is borderline unusable everything you click has a delay and sometimes doesn’t register

This casino is by far the worst online. It was the best for a while but now win rate is under 5 percent. 100.00 on dollar spins came to 3 actual wins just bad play elsewhere now up to 500.00 not one mini or any jackpot hit. I hope the gaming commision looks into this
Poor Customer Service / Glitchy App
I’ve been a customer for about 3 years and have spent thousands of dollars. I’m finally tired of the poor performance and lack of care.
I set an automatic cash out preference, the app didn’t honor it. I tried to cash out manually for 30 minutes, the app didn’t honor it.
I took a picture of the issue of the cash out amount being above my automatic cash out setting and called the help and support line. I spoke with two people who had a poor connection and spoke poor English. After being put on hold multiple times for long periods of time they acknowledged I tried to cash out and set the automatic cash out setting but told me I “should have read the terms and conditions”, wouldn’t explain the issue, wouldn’t refund or credit me, and eventually hung up on me.
A very frustrating experience. I just wanted an explanation of what happened, maybe a credit. Instead I got a static connection to a call center, people who speak broken English, put on hold, acknowledgement that there was an issue but no explanation or support and eventually hung up on.
I’m deleting this app and downloading another that will hopefully do what they offer to their customers.

Never again will I ever play this casino app it’s straight robbery they never ever let you win anything I’ve spent a lot of money and all it does is just sucks every dollar you put in bonuses don’t pay out but 20$ never again
