I think it is a good workout but rather than repeat, the same exercise numerous times I would like to see more stretching, flexing of the fingers turning of the neck incorporated in each day

Great stretch all over and helped to loosen up tight muscles. Perfect length of time to get results without getting bored.
Tons of options and adjusts to your level
I absolutely love this app. There are workouts from Pilates to yoga to Thai Chi to stretching to barre and more. Each of the workouts are the perfect length, and if you want to add on, you can. The best part is you don’t have to leave your home to get your workout in, which is fantastic for someone like me. I would recommend this app to anyone. 12 out of 10!

I’m really enjoying these guided workouts. And that you can choose the intensity. I would prefer a real voice. But other than that fantastic!
