Worst payment option I've used in my life.
This is the wosrt payment app i have used in my entire life. I had a swipe machine for which transaction charges were very higher they mentioned in the app. Being fed up with this, i decided to give the device back. Thought that at least the security deposit would be given back. When i called customer service, they said that the security deposit cannot be returned asper company policies. They say that it can be refunded only if we are returning the device in 3 days after purchase.
These people are making fool of the people like us who are striving to survive.
Please don't go fot bharath pe swipe machine.

Fraud App & Fraud System.
Request all don’t use this application. They sell me Bharat Pay Speaker with commitment of free of cost speaker(& Speaker was old used speaker they sent me) but after delivery they charge lot of money per month even I’m didn’t pay anything but during return time of this speaker after 6 months they charge/take lot of amount from me + speaker return charges extra.
All are fully open loot from us. From day one of starting I’m requesting to BharatPay Team to take strict action against fake commitment person for that particular lady assistant of Bharat Pay. But they no taken any strict serious action and last I return the speaker with lot charges in thousands of thousands.
Before use this BharatPay services or his application Just keep in mind :
1) his marketing team is totally fake & gives you fake commitment,
2) Application is too complex UI,
3) Support team on call can’t help us properly,
4) After realize his support team tell us sorry for all type of inconvenience only but taken any single action.
5) Total system is fraud.

I request to all use Google Pay Service or Use any Indian bank services like SBI Bank, Kotak, HDFC Service etc. but don’t use BharatPay.

Worst App
I have a different kind of an experience here when my customers are trying to make payment using the QR and they are using a credit card. Rupa credit card to make the payment. They are not able to make the payment whereas When I am using Paytm merchant app to receive the payment from my customers, they simply can make it and I am also receiving it even if they are making it through their Rupay credit card. I don't know what is the issue with Bharat pay. I've recently facing this issue. Have tried contacting the customer care. However, I have not received a resolution as they have just informed that within 24 hours. This issue will be resolved. However, it is going to be 24 hours now but it does not seem that it has resolved yet.

I request everyone to not to consider this platform as they are just fooling us I have ordered swipe machine in the month of June and because of some reason I have raised the return request within 3 days which was in free trail period I have deposited 2300 for this machine which was refundeble If it was made return during the trail period but it’s been more that 25 days since I have made return request but till now it has not been picked and whenever I have tried to contact the customer they are making me wait since 25 days they are just giving me dates of 1 week but till now my machine has not been picked and they are also charging me rental fees every month even though I made return request I think they have found a new way to fool customers and make money I request every one to not use this platform look for alternative options which are available in the market.

Don’t go with Bharath pay. The main issue with their pos card payment machine. I used the machine in three months after that i got a call from customer care and he told me we are upgrading all pos machine and you have to change your machine you will get the refund amount of the machine. As per his direction I changed my pos machine i got new one and old one replaced. But I didn’t get any refund and I have add extra money for the new machine also. Almost I lost two machines amount around 8500/- so I decided to throw the Bharath pay. And settlement issue also very high. Today onwards I change to phone pay. Whoever using this merchant app in my circle definitely I recommend other merchant apps only. So don’t go with this app. It eat you slowly

They block all your card payments and harass you constantly to upload documents again and again
It’s been 6 days today that they’ve blocked a payment made by my customer citing the reason that the invoice copy was not uploaded. The very same day i uploaded the invoice copy. So on the next day they blocked my account entirely and asked me to resubmit all the documents most of which were already provided during the time of machine purchase. Since then i have been submitting my documents over and over again everyday but there is no positive response from their team. Their executives on call accept that yes they have received all the documents and they’ll unblock the account and release my fund, but on the app they keep delaying the estimated resolve date. Till now my account stands blocked and my payment is stuck. Their executives are clueless about how to deal with issues and need hand holding to explain basic concepts of invoicing and taxation. Please avoid their services. Go for pinelabs or paytm instead. Never faced any such issue with their machines. BHARATPE IS A SCAM

Regular settlement issues. Bharatpe is trying to escape with our money one day.
It is happening every month. The amount that received in Bharatpe get sticks in Bharatpe itself and didn’t get settled in our bank accounts. It’s happening to every merchants I know around us. Error shown is - ‘withdrawals on your account have been temporarily blocked due to suspicious activities.’ But when I call and ask them what suspicious activities have been done through my account. They are not giving any explanation and they are asking me to upload my documents and shop photos in their portal. And they are asking 6-10 days to resolve it. Until then our amount will be with them. It is because they are trying to steal our money. I’m sure one day they will take our money and escape… be careful don’t use Bharatpe. This issue I’m facing it second time in 40 days.

I have I have been using BharatPe services since past three years. It was all well until last month. When there was a problem in the money getting deposited to my account, the Bharat Pay had blocked my account saying some suspicious activity. I tried contacting their customer care and did whatever they told me to do, but still the problem could not be resolved. I had to mail almost 20 times the same documents and finally my account was open. After a tremendous efforts and time of 45 days. Please don’t use BharatPe services. They will never help you on time and there is no contact person whom you can contact directly.

Scam of KYC update
The app gets locked all of the sudden once in a blue moon and ask us to update KYC within 15 days . I told the customer support team that I can’t get PAN Card on my company name because it’s a proprietary firm . And there is no other option to complete KYC . I told them I have company Aadhar number you take that , but they refused . And GST option doesn’t show . So my entire money is stuck in app which I have received through QR scan . Now I cannot access my own money . Who have given them these rights . Please don’t take any services from this company. It’s a fraud company. And yes the customer support team is working on weed or Alcohol. They don’t even have sense to talk , they talk like a robot , They repeat the same thing .

The worst service ever
Bharat pe is just scamming our money and looting innocent peoples on the name of issues and disputes they are raising disputes to such payments which are been done by customers and stopping the amount to be disbursed in accounts my 1.75 lacs has been stucked in bharat pe for 10 days and i have faced lots of problems while talking to customer care they dont even know how to treat customer
Instead of providing proper knowledge they are fooling customer for so many days i am being upload declaration form they keep rejecting it continuously and say to upload again and when i upload again they reject the proof for some unknown reasons and ask us to upload again and make customers wait for 3 4 days i have been waiting from 10 days still my query is not solved.

BharatPe’s agent lied to me
When I started my new shop bharatpe’s agent come to my shop and told me “if I use BharatPe swipe machine there is no charge and it is free for life time you only have to pay 7080 and when you first time use swipe machine than 2000rs will be credited to your account l” and he give me his number. But when we used swipe machines for first time 2000rs never credited to my account and 1.2% charges whose deducted from my payment. And when I call him he never picked my call. I request return from application and it shows me agent we come to my shop at 1 January and it 3 January and agent still didn’t come. Now tell me what I do and what about my 7080rs?

It is totally a fraud app i would like to say for the new customer please use any other upi app instead of this app it is totally fraud as well as they are biggest thief too. And for the old users i would like to suggest to leave this app and use any other upi instead of this because they will block all your money which will you receive on their QR. so be aware and switch to any other upi app. And they customer care service is very worst there are totally uneducated people who are attending calls as well as they are talking like as an criminal so guys leave this application move forward to use any one upi. And on the very first day on 21st Aug i told them that my father is no more and till now more thAn a month i have received 500+ calls and on every call they told me that i have updated and now you will not get a call. I have shared a death certificate on 100+ different numbers i do have a screenshots for all and recordings as well. And every time you new agent call us and always threats us to pay the amount however on 22nd one of your agent told me that donot worry i have updated and you will not get any call from now from bharatpee

Worst possible service in the history of service
The BharatPe machine I use for my business has been showing an error message and Unusable for payment/transactions. So I tried to raise a complaint through the chat option during the end of July but after failed attempts I tried calling the customer care and registered a complaint in early August. I was told my complaint was registered. But after waiting for 10 days without any help I called again and I was told my complaint was raised to high priority. 20 days pass and No call back or no visit from the technician about the error I’ve been getting. Miraculously I get a call on August 31st from customer care and I’ve been warned that as I didn’t use my machine for any transactions in the last one month my machine will be taken away and I will be charged extra for the same. Despite me trying to explain the scenario saying the technician didn’t visit or call and the machine has been unusable the caller on the other end just replied saying ‘ that is not our problem that is your problem and your machine will have to be returned’.
I fail to see any logic in all this and I suggest anyone reading this to avoid using BharatPe and go for other merchant payment options available. And the silver lining on this being that this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the service using BharatPe.
All business owners beware. You wouldn’t want to get such kinds of problems in your business.

The provider gives you a commitment of transferring money collected through credit and debit cards free of charges after 15days. Even after 15days this guys won’t do that! They will ask you to share screenshot, videos, etc as many time you try to reach out. Support team has a script or a reel that plays like a repeat telecast cassette. They don’t have words to answer exact query nor actual solution.
Wasted ₹ 5,000 by buying swipe machine for my business! And company will ask for more money….
