I login with Google on the website but that option is not available in the app. So I reset my password, still can’t login.
Frustrating site and app
I paid, set up my ID and password on the website. I signed in and keep getting the paywall over and over. I thought perhaps the app will work better than the site? I installed the app and now it will not sign me in with the website ID and password. Very frustrating.
Also, now the paywall is offering a less expensive subscription price than I just paid 10 minutes ago. And on top of all that it is going to auto renew and there doesn’t seem to be anyway to change that and the only way to contact them is via email. Customer service is non existent. Very frustrating!

Obviously- the writing and content is great. But Bicycling needs an updated app that features content like a website. This is literally just a digital edition of the magazine.

5-6 minutes free is crap
1/2 the time is spent finding something worth reading, the other 1/2 of the time is for realizing that this is a terrible magazine, full of bait-and-switch covers and shameful articles about fashion.

A complete disaster.
After purchasing a subscription through iTunes I tried to create an account. The app keeps timing out on registration. Now I have to see if a human can help me. Thanks for nothing.

It turns out that the situation is far worse than I suspected. I learned by talking to customer service that the print magazine, digital magazine and website access are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SUBSCRIPTIONS. So if I wanted a website subscription I would pay an additional $40 to access it ON TOP OF separate digital and print subscriptions. This actually blows my mind that someone could come up with such a Byzantine arrangement, probably Rube as in Goldberg. Just completely not acceptable.
You guys need to do better.

From bad to worse...
The worst magazine interface ever. Every other magazine uses its cover page as the “click on me” button for opening the issue. Not Bicycling. They don’t even show the issue date. It’s impossible to go back to a specific issue except by trial and error.

Login process incredibly confusing for subscribers. Doesn’t seem to show new issues. Other than that, great. That is it can display pages. Yeah.
