Really bad app you have to use
You have to have this App to join Rapha Club rides but since 2023(?) and various developers left ie Tom H development has stopped and its gone backwards.
Its so glitchy.
Chat is slow and unresponsive.
Those listed as ‘Following’ is a random number and not related to those that you follow.
There is no support, or rather there is a support to contact except they do nothing but send an email to say they will look into it and get back to you - which they dont.
Its a shame because when Tom was involved he was responsive to issues and actually fixed them and also had innovative ideas like the digital treasure hunt which was v sophisticated and added value to the RCC membership.
Its a clear sign the app doesnt function properly when rideleaders communicate by whatsapp instead of the app chat function and also that Rapha staff dont use or check the App.

A good app that performs terribly
PLEASE fix this app. It is the buggiest app on my phone. Chats don’t load without quitting and reopening the app. Cancelling a profile pic/backdrop change crashes the app, needing to be quit and reopened again. Calendar pages don’t always refresh (but are closer to working than the previous two issues).
Also, whenever I follow a link to the store from the app I am taken to the GB site despite me being in the US.
Please fix! It’s the core of the RCC membership and therefore one of the most expensive apps on my phone.

Just renewed my membership and in great part for the value that you get from the App! Well worth the membership price!
