So glitchy. Keeps logging me out and won’t allow me to log back in. Half the chats don’t actually show anything either.
Lots of bugs
After deleting a chat (including future rides), can’t access the chat room again. Attempted to quit the ride and rejoin, but the system did not even let me quit the ride.
Worst update ever👎
After re-design, app feels and looks awful.
Performance degraded drastically, the app is less responsive, laggy, has much less features and looks very bad.
Dark mode is gone, frames are dropping when I’m scrolling and the app looks like an Android app on an iOS device👎

Poor update.
New update is buggy and loads very slowly. Cant even access the calendar anymore. Why was it changed when everthing was working perfectly before.

Profile pictures not appearing
Issues with the profile pictures not loading, I’ve done everything: phone iOS updated, RCC app updated, logged out and logged in. Nothing works, contacted support several weeks ago, they haven’t fixed the issue…
iOS issues
This app use to work but for the last few months it has multiple issues. Profile pictures not appearing, profile related updates not being sent through. Also for events and rides it is hard to tell who has registered.
Really bad app you have to use
You have to have this App to join Rapha Club rides but since 2023(?) and various developers left ie Tom H development has stopped and its gone backwards.
Its so glitchy.
Chat is slow and unresponsive.
Those listed as ‘Following’ is a random number and not related to those that you follow.
There is no support, or rather there is a support to contact except they do nothing but send an email to say they will look into it and get back to you - which they dont.
Its a shame because when Tom was involved he was responsive to issues and actually fixed them and also had innovative ideas like the digital treasure hunt which was v sophisticated and added value to the RCC membership.
Its a clear sign the app doesnt function properly when rideleaders communicate by whatsapp instead of the app chat function and also that Rapha staff dont use or check the App.

A good app that performs terribly
PLEASE fix this app. It is the buggiest app on my phone. Chats don’t load without quitting and reopening the app. Cancelling a profile pic/backdrop change crashes the app, needing to be quit and reopened again. Calendar pages don’t always refresh (but are closer to working than the previous two issues).
Also, whenever I follow a link to the store from the app I am taken to the GB site despite me being in the US.
Please fix! It’s the core of the RCC membership and therefore one of the most expensive apps on my phone.

Just renewed my membership and in great part for the value that you get from the App! Well worth the membership price!
Pointless push notifications
So many pointless push notifications that give you no context as to what the notification is for. It’s not 2015, this needs to be better.
Excellent app
This app and the introduction it has given me to virtual group rides has been a godsend during lockdown - thank you to the product managers and developers who built it 🙌 It’d be great to have more promotion of self-starter community rides. You can set up rides and groups but promoting that to others nearby would be great. But overall it’s very deserving of its place on my homescreen 👍

Needs massive improvements. Not linked to the website. This app should be your one stop shop for all Rapha and RCC.
Book on to a yoga class? Should appear in the app.
