Gouging for basic features
Oh you have a K2 you bought for $500 and want to easily send and track things with smartphones that have been around for a decade? Too bad, pay another $500 for all new hardware and one slightly improved codebase of software, so now you’re $1000 out of pocket equal to or more expensive than a smartphone itself, for software features that could be a patch. Mind you one major draw of the Hammerhead is that it’s basically a smartphone with robust software capabilities.

Works well with my Karoo 3
It does what I need for now, works well with the Karoo 3 and haven’t had any issues as such.
Good tool keeps getting better
The ability to see my routes, rides, and workouts on my phone is nice. The Apple Health integration has improved significantly, the two remaining enhancements I’d like to see are elevation and route information included with the data sent to Apple Health
Does not work with Karoo2
Useless. SRAM released this app and it does not work with Karoo2 Hammerhead. Come on; update your software for backwards compatibility. As it is, this is a shameless attempt to force upgrades and fill landfills with perfectly good bike computers.
Not very useful
I have a bunch of workouts on my Garmin app that I have just built out but Hammerhead app doesn’t have the same functionality and I am still exploring how to transfer these over
