Terrible app
This device is so expensive and yet the app is useless. One the same day I bought my Karoo 3, my wife purchased the Wahoo. That device has an amazing app that is very useful, so much so that I have regretted purchasing the hammerhead.

Die App funktioniert. Das ist aber auch alles gute an ihr. Im Gegensatz zum Gerät ist die App langsam, man merkt das sie auf einer webapp basiert, und wirkt nicht zeitgemäß.
Es benötigt eine komplette Revision der App. Dann bitte mit Analyse Funktion, das anzeigen von auf dem Geräte hinterlegten Rädern mit Kilometerstand und auch das gesamte Design kann schneller aufgeräumter und moderner werden.
Bis dahin funktionieren aber Routenplanung und Sync mit dem Geräty mehr darf man nicht so richtig erwarten.

Live tracking is poor
Connection to my iPhone constantly drops during rides and only intermittently reconnects.
Gouging for basic features
Oh you have a K2 you bought for $500 and want to easily send and track things with smartphones that have been around for a decade? Too bad, pay another $500 for all new hardware and one slightly improved codebase of software, so now you’re $1000 out of pocket equal to or more expensive than a smartphone itself, for software features that could be a patch. Mind you one major draw of the Hammerhead is that it’s basically a smartphone with robust software capabilities.

Works well with my Karoo 3
It does what I need for now, works well with the Karoo 3 and haven’t had any issues as such.
Good tool keeps getting better
The ability to see my routes, rides, and workouts on my phone is nice. The Apple Health integration has improved significantly, the two remaining enhancements I’d like to see are elevation and route information included with the data sent to Apple Health

App funktioniert tadellos. Habe weniger Synchronisation Probleme als bei Garmin.

Does not work with Karoo2
Useless. SRAM released this app and it does not work with Karoo2 Hammerhead. Come on; update your software for backwards compatibility. As it is, this is a shameless attempt to force upgrades and fill landfills with perfectly good bike computers.
Not very useful
I have a bunch of workouts on my Garmin app that I have just built out but Hammerhead app doesn’t have the same functionality and I am still exploring how to transfer these over
Sync funktioniert nicht
Leider fehle Routen, die im Webaccount und auf dem Karoo 3 liegen. Sync, aus/einloggen und Neuinstallation der App haben das Problem nicht beseitigt. Es werden nur 5 von ca. 30 Routen angezeigt. Das wäre aber eine Mindestanforderung an die App!

Whatever problems users complained about appear to be resolved with the new Karoo.
Nur zum Sync
Leider wird man immer rausgeworfen & kann so die Fahrten nachher nicht checken, ohne sich wieder einzuloggen. Wäre schön, wenn man eingeloggt bleiben würde.
Ansonsten taugt es nur zum Sync. Die neue Apple Health Integration ist leider nur halbherzig umgesetzt.

Endlich eine App! Aber ….
Nach langer Zeit gibt es endlich eine App. Diese funktioniert aber nicht mit Karoo 2?! Stattdessen weiterhin Umweg über die Webseite. Und das im Jahr 2025 bzw. 2026. Das ist wirklich traurig. Die Motivation deshalb einen Karoo 3 zu kaufen ist gleich null. Da wechselt man lieber zu Wahoo oder Garmin.

Der Stand der „App“ ist mehr als fraglich. Es fühlt sich eher an als eine aus der Prototyp-Phase entflohene Entwicklung.

Quel dommage
Et voilà… une marque cool, qui fait des produits cool et puis le désastre. Une application qui ne fonctionne qu’avec le karoo3, vous obligeant à changer ou galérer.
