Gouging for basic features
Oh you have a K2 you bought for $500 and want to easily send and track things with smartphones that have been around for a decade? Too bad, pay another $500 for all new hardware and one slightly improved codebase of software, so now you’re $1000 out of pocket equal to or more expensive than a smartphone itself, for software features that could be a patch. Mind you one major draw of the Hammerhead is that it’s basically a smartphone with robust software capabilities.

Works well with my Karoo 3
It does what I need for now, works well with the Karoo 3 and haven’t had any issues as such.
Good tool keeps getting better
The ability to see my routes, rides, and workouts on my phone is nice. The Apple Health integration has improved significantly, the two remaining enhancements I’d like to see are elevation and route information included with the data sent to Apple Health
Does not work with Karoo2
Useless. SRAM released this app and it does not work with Karoo2 Hammerhead. Come on; update your software for backwards compatibility. As it is, this is a shameless attempt to force upgrades and fill landfills with perfectly good bike computers.

I have a bunch of workouts on my Garmin app that I have just built out but Hammerhead app doesn’t have the same functionality and I am still exploring how to transfer these over

Et voilà… une marque cool, qui fait des produits cool et puis le désastre. Une application qui ne fonctionne qu’avec le karoo3, vous obligeant à changer ou galérer.

Not connect with older karoo including 2nd generation
Big mistake make it only for recent new models. All other users feel unassisted. Besides, does not connect with apple health, which is very wasteful.
Ort teilen geht nicht
Das Teilen von Orten mit der Apple Maps App funktioniert mal wieder nicht nach jedem Update auf dem Karo ist immer irgendwas Das Ding ist eigentlich nur noch was für die Tonne. Das letzte Update der App hat sie vor sechs Monaten erhalten. Das sagt eigentlich alles über den Kundenservice dieser Firma aus.

Die App läuft stabil und die Synchronisation funktioniert zuverlässig. Einzelne Fahrten kann man gut im Detail analysieren, jedoch fehlt komplett eine Jahres- oder Gesamtstatistik. Ohne übergreifende Auswertungen und Filterfunktionen bleibt die App deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück
Nur zum Sync
Leider wird man immer rausgeworfen & kann so die Fahrten nachher nicht checken, ohne sich wieder einzuloggen. Wäre schön, wenn man eingeloggt bleiben würde.
Useless App
Why does this app exist if you won’t be able to customize anything on the device, you can’t view 3rd party applications nor connect services via it. Therefore you need to visit a website. I don’t care about design if the app has no value at all.

Incroyable que la mise à jour de l’application rende obsolète le Karoo 2 acheté il y a deux ans. C’est honteux.

Ottima per caricare giri e allenamenti, Pessima per dati e statistiche
L’app per la sincronizzazione delle uscite, il carico dei percorsi e sincronizzazione allenamenti da TP o TR etc funziona perfettamente. Molto meglio della concorrenza.
Pero la pagina delle statistiche è dati dell’uscita è davvero una tristezza, non ti da nemmeno i tempi nelle varie zone, i riassunti dei giri, le potenze massime per i vari minuti.

La app es muy básica. El Karoo 3 es muy bueno pero la app muy mala
