Pouring out my heart to Shaquille O’ Neal

I was there at the big chicken in Renton. He was taking pictures there with everyone and I was about to meet him. I was right on the cusp of meeting greatness, but he cut off the pictures 5 minutes early. I fell to the floor and started weeping. I couldn’t move. Was I the problem? Was I not a big enough fan? No it couldn’t be, I dedicated myself to shaq for years. Shaq, why did you leave me out in the rain. Why? WHYYY? The foods pretty good too.

Frustrating Rewards Program

My family & I enjoy the food but rewards program is a bit difficult as far as redemption. You don’t use a phone # or email and there’s no QR code to scan. Also earning is linked to a credit card/debit card so if you pay a different way you have to submit your receipt afterwards.

Terrible app, overpriced food

This app was made in an afternoon, every “feature” is just thrown together and nothing works!

Can’t order chicken tender combos

When I attempt to order through the app - chicken tenders will not add to the cart in a combo. It only adds 3.00 to the cart instead of the correct amount. The people at the store had no idea the app isn’t working so not sure if it is just mine or what. It is the current version. I made sure it was updated.
