Exactly What I Needed!
Bigin has been phenomenal. I was looking for a simple crm to track lead flow and stages but while still having some advanced features and integrations. Bigin is exactly that! 10/10.

I have been using trial account for tracking our RFQs and it has been a great experience. I’m able to save lot of time in entering the data and tracking it. Would definitely implement it for our regular usage.

Un CRM que j’utilise au quotidien pour piloter ma prospection en tant que conseiller en formation indépendant. Ce qui m’a convaincu : une ergonomie vraiment intuitive, une prise en main rapide, et une personnalisation facile qui s’adapte à mon activité sans avoir besoin d’un technicien.
Ce que j’attends maintenant pour passer au niveau supérieur : une intégration native avec Claude (IA d’Anthropic). Pouvoir générer des relances, analyser mes pipelines ou rédiger des contenus directement depuis Bigin serait un vrai gain de temps.
Bon outil, belle évolution possible.

Bigin is a entry level CRM just enough to kickstart your business. The mobile app is well designed and easy to read important information at a glance. Most tasks can be completed on the app and does not need one to go to the web version.
