Lets you customize settings and save presets

I love this app! I discovered it after trying binaural meditations and I wanted to continue to hear binaural beats for extended time.

It lets you customize the binaural beat frequency from 1 Hz to 50 Hz and the base frequency from 20 Hz to 1500 Hz so you can experiment with different settings and you can save presets for settings that you want to use again. I believe there is a timer also, but I like to play it while I sleep so I appreciate that they allow you to play it without forcing a timer.

For me personally, I have found that setting the binaural beat frequency at 4 Hz, the base frequency at 110 Hz, and turning it to a volume that I can lightly hear in my headphones has done wonders for my sleep. Make sure you use headphones for it to work properly.
