Love the app!
I love this app for myself and my adult kids! For myself I like how loud the alarm is because the pump alarm isn’t as loud! I love that my kids can get an alarm, they call or text me to make sure I’m treating low blood sugars! I think it gives them peace of mind.

Monitoring someone else
I have this app to help monitor my husbands glucose but it constantly blanks out! Goes several days with no data notifications then all of a sudden comes back up SOMETIMES. I need this to work ALL THE TIME as sometimes he goes so low so fast he doesn’t even realize it before it’s to late. Please fix this issue!!!!!!

Good not great
This app is good because you can see your child’s current cgm number and a graph for the last 24 hours. It also includes insulin delivery for the last 24 hours. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement, such as battery status and insulin units left in the device. I would really like to see reports and trends like the Dexcom follow app.

Great Features - Just Needs a Few More
I'll echo what others have said - I really appreciate the transparency of seeing pump history and timelines with our <18 y.o. At times, the CGM number updating is more responsive than the Dexcom Follow app for alerts and updates - magnitudes of 10-20 minutes sooner! Would really like to see just a few more features: 1. Battery Life, 2. Insulin Remaining, 3. Days since infusion set change, and 4. More history than just the past 24 hrs. If we had option to view custom reports, I'd take that ILO #4.

This is a great app, but still needs improvement to help.
This app is wonderful and can be a game changer, especially if your T1 is under 18 and not that responsible. But definitely like other reviews I would like to see the battery life and how much insulin is left.
This would be especially helpful at night, so I’m not having to wake him up at night or other situations like that. Overall, it just would be helpful in order to make better decision decisions, and judgment calls.

Latest version is almost perfect
The iLet has improved my son’s life and outlook beyond belief. Having the Dexcom G7 integration and being able to share with family was a huge improvement over the original app, however, I would like to see the remaining insulin level and battery percentage like the iLet app. I would also like to share reports with our endocrinologist, similar to the Dexcom Clarity app.

I love that I now have access of my son’s pump information on my phone. I hope in the future I’ll be able to see the battery % and the insulin amount just like his app does.

My wife is the leader because she is a T1D warrior but I now am a follower. I can follow her control, meal announcements, and alarms which has saved our marriage since I don’t have to ask as many questions about her diabetes anymore :)

ILet is the first system to offer an app like this and it’s awesome! Being able to allow others to follow insulin and glucose data and receive important alerts from the same app is a game changer!

Piece of Mind
I love having the capability to check in on my wife’s diabetes at anytime! (Not that she needs me to because she is amazing at managing this complex disease) This gives ME piece of mind knowing that I can see what is happening to her BG simultaneously to the iLet’s insulin dosing. The iLet is truly amazing and has given her so much more freedom to live her life!
