Terrible
I would give this a zero if it were possible. I cannot make an account with the app, and when I called to speak with someone about my Rx order, could not reach a live person. Did not realize this was only a digital program, and will not be using it for my family’s prescriptions. Unacceptable, it should not be this hard to speak with a person, AI cannot replace humans.

Useless
Aside from being part of the broken American healthcare system, the app is difficult to use. When signing up I couldn’t figure out what insurance ID to enter, so I called for tech support. They gave me another number to try, that wasn’t listed on any of my insurance cards. Then after 7 minutes, they figured out my employer uses a third party Mediimpact that signed me up with Birdi and I have to sign in with them. I’ve lived in Canada and used their healthcare system, I wish America would get with the rest of the world and get with universal healthcare.

FIX YOUR APP
Open app, use face rec. to log in, but app stays at main screen with sign in or join options. I repeat 1, 2, 11 times: same result. Close app, reopen: SAME RESULT.
SLOWWWWWWWWW
This may be the slowest app I’ve ever used. After a minute or so waiting for it to load my prescriptions, each refill takes equally long, as I wait for a medication to be added to the cart and then for the list to reload. I have to wonder how something like this made it past QC testing - maybe the testers were all asleep?

Doesn’t work
Latest iOS. Signed in, cannot view prescriptions or order medications.
Useless
The app does not save my username and password, nor does it log me in with Face ID. Tried to transfer prescriptions and the first one was fine but on the second one the submit was grayed out despite having done everything from the previous one. Every time I tap on account it crashes. Total waste of time!!

Face Authentication Not Working
I’m unable to save my log in information. When I attempt to use my face to authenticate it says my username or password are wrong.
All the public relations competence of the Golden Horde
I take a medication to help control my blood pressure. Luckily. Because every time it is ready to refill I get the same dishonest sending-my-BP-soaring email from Birdi (I knew we were in for hard times when they renamed Novixus (obviously another PR-department-generated name but at least it didn’t set your teeth on edge) as Birdi (isn’t that just *adorable* if you’re a five-year-old) and added a little blue bird (*very* like Twitter’s) fluttering over the screen. But I digress. The lying-in-their-teeth email says: “You have one or more prescriptions that are ready to be refilled and we have been trying to contact you to confirm your order. We're sending you this email in case you missed our other contact attempts.” There are never any “other contact attempts” — not phone message, not text message — and the email I quoted here is always the first contact. It is very irritating to see a supposedly responsible company shading the truth in this obvious manner — it really makes me wonder about their values. Just send me that email and leave out all the fabrications about how you’ve been trying to get in touch with me.

Takes forever for them to get me my medication
I ordered my medication 10 days ago, and it’s still not here. If you have a different option, to get your medicine, pick that. Good chance you could die waiting for this guys to get you what you need.
Not Very Helpful
There should be a way to save the prescriber info as well as a way to find the out of pocket cost for any medication. Refills are simple to do. A new script(s) is simple, but you have to type in prescriber name, address, phone/fax number for every new script request. Being able to save a prescriber would be more user friendly.

Doesn’t work
Can’t add prescription to cart, just spins. Clicked on my account and the app crashes.
App doesn’t really work
Unable to add prescriptions, just getting a spinning wheel of death. Also Face ID log in please, I have that capability with other health-related apps. Seems like the new app just looks nice but the functionality was ignored. What’s the point of the app if I have to use a web browser to order my prescriptions.
