Terrible
In my case I set up a password and immediately took a picture of it. When I tried to log in it didn’t work and while it indicates you can reset your password that function didn’t work either. The staff seems nice. Hopefully they can help. This isn’t the only issue.
Worthless
The most pointless app. They want us to use it to fill out forms, but you can’t communicate with them via this app about the forms. Messaging doesn’t exist. You still have to
call for EVERYTHING. It doesn’t ease the burden in any capacity.

Who is this and why should I trust them?
This app showed up on my phone. It downloaded itself. I have no idea who they are or which company they are affiliated with. It keeps sending me notifications to fill out forms, but I’m not giving up any information without some explanation of who they are, why I need to sign up, and which company they are affiliated with and got my information from.

Terrible app
I submitted a form and you can’t even tell if it worked or had been received. It just disappeared. This whole process is so convoluted and complicated.
Pointless app
I tried the chat feature… no response until about 30min later. Document is empty. Just useless and pointless piece of garbage. Why it exists is beyond my understanding.
